These ladies are absolutely delightful and they do beautiful work! They made a beautiful red rose bridal bouquet for me for my wedding. My bouquet was full, fresh, and simply gorgeous, just as expected.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I called the "closest florist to me" after a Google search and Shamrock came up, so I thought I'd call before I called one of the 1-800 online florist. Boy am I glad I did!! Let me explain...I needed 2 flower arrangements (quickly) like within a few hours of ordering. I expected an answer of "no we can't do it" but instead I was told " ok, we'll do it." Then I needed one very vibrant for a visually impaired aunt and then the other very traditional for my mother. Again, "OK we'll do it." So I placed the order but still expected some sort of "unforseen thing" that would hinder the delivery. Boy was I wrong!!! The arrangements got here 30 minutes sooner than what they had said and they were exactly what I wanted. These flowers are fresh, healthy and look GREAT! The delivery guy was courteous and polite and the lady who took my order was very reassuring, accommodating and easy to talk to. When I hung up I felt certain that she understood what I wanted, why I wanted it, and how important these flowers were. I even learned about Valentines Day, the work load, pricing and the chaos/satisfaction of the whole day. Very good experience....from the "hello" to the text confirming delivery.I will use Shamrock for all of my florist needs in Georgia.

This was my first time using this florist and I am so pleased that I did. The sweetest lady helped me and I think her name was Tabitha. She was so helpful and patient with me. We laughed a lot too!!! The only thing I knew was that I wanted a heart shaped wreath and something eloquent. It exceeded my expectations. It was done in all white and it was so beautiful. I would highly recommend this florist. Thanks again!!!

No one cared to greet me when I entered and stood there... after a while I could hear a women on the phone in the back. She didn't pay attention to the door chim that went off when I entered... nor the "hello" I yelled out to make my presence known..... No services or merchandise was purchased..as the limited fridge had 8 overpriced selections that where unsuitablefor a funeral.. when someone has passed the last thing I will deal with is trying to gain the attention of a seller who clearly could care less about the very door customers come thru. Had I stayed and waited for somebody to relize a I was in store, the "rep" would have taken my money without ever having shown me the respect of greeting me with actual customer service. I expect better from florists!

I have used Shamrock Florist for years to send funeral arrangements to services i was unable to attend. But, this time was a very special service. I called and explained the situation to the sweetest most empathetic lady. I ask for them to create an arrangement that was as special as the lady who had passed. When i arrived at the funeral home i was blown away by the arrangement they had created. They did not fail to capture the beauty of this woman in flowers. Thank you Shamrock Florist I will forever be grateful and will NEVER use another use another Florist.

Highly recommend. The team at Shamrock are wonderful! They helped design floral arrangements for my Grandfather's funeral. Due to COVID I was remote and they went the extra mile to help ensure everything was set up at the services. They offered thoughtful suggestions for sprays even down to the size of the frames needed. The end results were absolutely stunning! I was so impressed with the time and care of the team and so grateful for their kindness (and patience) in guiding our orders.
