One of the worst experiences. They will nickel & dime you to death. Please check your invoice for charges & fees you didn't authorize, ask for, or receive. Three times I had to ask about certain line items & have them removed.I'm always wary of certain business practices and I just cannot trust a business so petty or desperate. It shows that they do not respect their clients. Also, this place doesn't allow much grace or consideration for customer's time and will look for any & every opportunity to up-charge you. They will leverage your pets health to get you to pay more; a manipulation tactic. The vet talks really fast, cuts off the customer while talking, and doesn't listen very well. I think she's overbooked the way she rushes. The techs were good, they helped and explained everything fine, the Doctor has a decent staff, so clearly there is poor leadership.

Took my 2 babies for grooming today and had a total shock when she told me it was $82 each. I called several times and was quoted $40 for a trim and nails. I could have gone to my old groomers and got a full wash, cut, nails cut for $50. This is a scam and fraud . Who pays $82 for grooming. My babies are yorkies. I will never go back again and use their grooming service. Who pays a waste fee? If I could give no stars I would. This review is only for the grooming service.

I have brought my two dogs here their check up and their shots and I have no concerns on that end. What I do have a concern with and what the one stars is for is because we were given incorrect information about trimming services. We were charged the price of $82 per dog for grooming services when we were quoted over the phone twice for $44 for a trim (not a full cut) and a nail grinding. The fact that y’all don’t stand by what was told over the phone when the appointment is set is bad business. Then the nerve to offer a free nail grinding and teeth cleaning the next visit why would ever bring our dogs there again to get a grooming from you so you got off without acknowledging your wrong doing. The hair cut isn’t even worth $82. If the groomers have different pricing then your staff answering the phone should be aware of this and be providing correct information. It’s borderline fraud.

My fur baby had an accident jumping onto the stairs. Came here to get x-ray to see if she was ok. Found out she broke her paw ? ? ?. Doctor & staff members reassured me that everything was going to be ok. They took my baby to the back and got her all better. Professional & attentive to your pets needs. I appreciate you all. Great service

SFPC has been treating my dogs for about 4 or 5 years now. What started out as a great experience ended on a bad experience. I was happy to find an African American veterinarian, she’s amazing and even the staff have been pleasant over the years. I liked them because it’s a one stop shop for all my pet needs and they accept Care Credit. Medication is very expensive though and they don’t accept care credit for that so that has been one con for me. But this year I don’t know what has been going on there. All of my dogs are on care plans. Which is where the issues started. One of my dogs care plan was linked to an account that had been closed and I forgot to update the payment (that was on me) but SFPC waited until I was 2 months behind to notify me about the past due payments and they make it so difficult to update the payment. You can do it over the phone but you still have to take the card in for them to make a copy of it. I travel for work ALOT and I am barely ever home so it was impossible for me to pay and take the card in. They ended up deactivating the care plan and advised me that if I paid the past due balance my dog would be seen but what she didn’t tell me is that his vaccine wouldn’t be covered because the plan was deactivated which made no sense to me. Instead of extending a one time courtesy considering the circumstances, they not only charged me for the vaccine but then forced us to do overnight boarding for our dogs because my husband got caught up at work and didn’t make it there in time they charged $85 PER DOG with no overnight attendant. Then, my husband attempted to pay with the care credit card and she told him that the card wasn’t working and then said he couldn’t use the card. I spoke with care credit and there was nothing wrong with the card but he ended up paying out of pocket. W/O writing a book I’ll just say that the customer service has declined from when we first started with them and we’re being treated as less than because of a couple of mishaps. I still recommend them because of all the services they provide but just be cognizant.

They not only treated my babies for grooming but also notice things out of the ordinary. The people seem nice and I was happy with the grooming the first time but it shouldn't cost over $400 every time I go to you. That's ridiculous, I don't need an examination and shot at the cost of $150 every time I see you just to get a wash and hair cut for two 5lbs cats. The wash and hair cut is $85 each. Then vaccines, and then and then. Why do you insist on all of this extra add on stuff that costs so much. The service and staff at this location are fine but the cost is too much. My review is the cost is too high, I don't need all that other stuff just a good grooming and I can't get that here at a fair price.

We got a new puppy and wanted to ensure he was caught up on all shots. The staff was effective and efficient. They answered all questions and we left with understanding of what we need for our new puppy over the next year. I would recommend South Fulton Pet Care to anyone who has pets. Loved everything about it!

I took my two dogs to get their shots and grooming today. I called two times once while making their appointment and once before our appointment about pricing. Once I picked my babies up the price was a big difference. Once I asked why. I wasn’t told this, and that I verified twice before bringing them. Here comes to attitudes. I stated I’m not a fusser. I just want to ask why. Which brought me back to now I remember why I asked twice about the prices. One of my dogs had his eye removed prior . I’m not going to lie his eye looked great but I felt like the Doctor should have came out afterwards to let us know what she had to do and aftercare. Nope, not even a follow up phone call and this was a very stressful situation and at that time. I noticed the prices kept changing. Which made me look side eye. This place has changed tremendously. It’s strictly about the money, which I know it’s a business, but where is the love, the compassion. These are our kids. It makes me wonder if you have no compassion for us human. It makes me wonder about my dogs when I’m not around. The customer service is a one star. I must give Ashton the groomer a 5 star. He was the ONLY thing that had me still coming…. He’s Great, but I think the Greed and customer service just outweighed him. Just make sure y’all know EXACTLY what you’re paying before you get serviced. Have a day.

I came to this facility because this Dr. had seen my pet in 2019. She was very nice and we had 0 problems. I originally just wanted to no if they did root canals for pets. They told me no and that was fine but I saw a young lady there who used to work at PETSMART. She was a person who witnessed a verbal confrontation between me and a Dr. I immediately stop going to PetSmart after the altercation about 2-3 years ago. Recently I noticed my dog had a chipped tooth and I was told by many veterinarians that it needed to be pulled. I looked all over and rememberedSouth Fulton pet care. When I entered everyone was nice. I explained my situation and I was told they would get back with me with a surgery treatment plan by the end of the day. I received the plan and called them ( the plan states) and ask a couple questions. I wanted to no if I had to get his teeth cleaned. I live on a fixed income and was receiving help to pay for the surgery. The cleaning would cost between 550-650 of the 11-1300 total. The person who handles setting up everything for the Dr. was cool as he’d talked to her about it. I continued to tell her I meant no harm or disrespect. She continued to tell me:You are fine. She told me she would speak to the Dr and see if I could. That was the last time a talked to her. I started to think about it and I think that young lady used to work at PETSMART as well. I called the next day and no one answered my call. I called again a little later and the receptionist answered. I ask her was everything ok? Did I do something wrong? Because it started to seem like they were ignoring me. The receptionist told me no and that they have been in surgery all day but someone will get back with you when they are done. That never happened. Remember, this is all going on while my pet suffers with a fractured tooth. I called the next day to schedule the surgery. The receptionist answered and told me to hold on. 10 min later a guy takes me off hold. He tells me that the drill they have isn’t strong enough to drill his tooth? So they won’t be able to do it. That’s fine and I have moved on but here are some things for you to think about:1.The two young lady’s who used to work at PETSMART were able to convince a supposed professional grown woman not to help me or my pet by speaking negatively about me even though she never had a problem with me or my pet when she saw us one time in 2019. That’s considered ghetto or childish.2. I had a problem with a PetSmart Dr. and left. Why are the two ladies no longer at PETSMART? Did they have a problem with PetSmart as well? Or did PetSmart have a problem with them and let them go?3. Why did the lie and say the drill was strong enough and they didn’t see the pet yet? They gave me a plan. They knew then if it would be a problem. This is sad.. I am not here to bash the Doctor’s medical ability because the one time I needed her help she was excellent. But I am here to speak on how we as black people will continue to use our personal thoughts or feelings to try to or influence another person, usually Black, to do or not do something. This mostly happens when it comes to our Black Queens. We call it (B stuff) That’s why I wondered why the young soldier agreed to tell me the lie about the drill. This is supposed to be an adult and professional business. The Doctor allows and participates in her staffs lack there of. It’s up to you if you want to visit this veterinarian. Hopefully you won’t have the same problem that I did. PeaceResponse to the owner: I never bad mouthed you but you’re lying.1 I complained or went after no one. I ask could it be done without the tooth cleaning. I was trying to save money I didn’t have. 2 You did tell me you had to see him first but that was changed and you made a treatment/surgery plan after ONLY SEEING HIM ONE TIME in 2019. Isn't that against a State of Ga veterinarian code.3 You referred me to know one. You put a man on the phone(intimidation maybe Lol) to tell me you couldn’t do it. PETSMART did it for 900. YOU (Black owned Bus)wanted 13-1500. God is Good
