I was never late on my payment and Terrence came to get the car to take it to the shop and they decided not to rent to me any more they owe me for 2 days and the car was junk. Worst carlot ever!! They are also prejudice, I will be sueing as soon as possible!

I purchased a vehicle from them and was told that they would repair 2 things on the car and I have it in writing and that they would reimburse me for doing so it’s going on two months and they giving me the runaround. I tried and tried and tried to call and I only get promises. I will get my money back next week for two months so now I’m just gonna file with the Better Business Bureau.

Terrible experience! I put a large amount down on a burgundy Honda Element that I fell in love with. Two weeks later the car starts giving me problems. I take it to a mechanic and there’s several things wrong with it. Now I can’t even drive it without it sounding like it’s going to fall apart. Stay far away from this place. They will sell you anything for a commission. They also have another lot called Speed Auto Sales, make sure you check the reviews there, they are terrible. Go elsewhere before you waste your time and money.-Abryonna Williams

Bought a car here only to be right back in the same position. Car went down almost immediately after we bought it. Definitely not reliable.

Do not do business with this company. They will rent and/or sell you a car in poor condition. On June 1st-7th, 2022, I rented a 2011 Chevy Impala from them using the platform, Hyrecar. I returned the car on June 8th, 2022, at 2:00P.M. to only be charged for an additional day/extension in the amount of $61.15, because their employee did not check the returned vehicle back in properly. They refused to discuss the error with me even though they acknowledged the car was there. The rental was damaged, and I experienced issues with the rental that they refused to address. They rent and sell cars that are missing seatbelts, have large dents, and battery issues to unsuspecting consumers. They practice dishonest policies. All their rentals are damaged cars that they refuse to repair that smell horrible. The cars that they sell are no better, and they attempt to charge consumers more than double the blue book and manufacturer's price for vehicle. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS unless you want to be treated horribly and money stolen.
