The lady who picked the phone for this location is really rude, I wonder why the staff who working here are so rude, she don't know how yo talk with people i think she needs to upgrade her education so she could know her job well, when your package get at this location it takes forever to process the delivery is like they don't care about people's packages

Had a rather pleasant experience at the post office today and it ALL had to do with Ms. Vee. She made sure she helped me answer my questions clearly and professionally. While she helped me, assisted others and made sure to interact with everyone kindly...this is rare. Just want to thank her for being who she is and keep it up!

Each time I have come to this location the customer service was very good. First they acknowledge that you're even there! Then the service was quick too.

I've been calling for 2 weeks trying to get a person who values good customer service. I finally got Mrs. Sharon Johnson. She listened attentively on the 1rst try & was eager to assist.
I appreciate good customer service; it's so hard to find a person who actually cares about their jobs these days.

I appreciate you listening and showing empathy. It's a rarity these days.

This location needs to be CLOSED!!!! They don't honor any request to hold mail, they constantly put incorrect mail in your mail box, don't answer the phone!!!! TRASHY!!!

I've had a PO Box for years at this USPS location. My family sent a package on 11/9/2024 and just received it 11-19. Mail was ripped open and placed in my po box like trash. I can tell it was an inside job. Stole $300 from my kids' gift cards. One of those postal workers is going to regret taking from me. Sharon Johnson or Sharon Jones (Supervisor) says that the New Hire processed it and probably took it and that she doesn't care. She doesn't care to investigate. So I guess the New Hire stole it, and they don't care. It's just sad that these people are desperate and stealing mail. Sharon was very nasty with a disgusting disposition and straight out unprofessional. I hate thieves and nasty people.

I received amazing customer service at this location last Friday. A package was scanned insufficient address because UPS always puts stickers on the wrong place on packages 🤦🏽♀️. But I came and the clerk working the window Candice was very sweet and understanding. I had to drive all the way from Alabama as my daddy is sick to try to catch it before it got returned and she and the postmaster Ms. Sharon did everything and found it. I am so thankful. This location has a great energy that most post offices don’t have. You can tell they have great morale here and don’t mind helping. My Aunt is lucky to have this post office as her local post office.

If I could rate this post office a zero I absolutely would. Their staff is the absolute rudest ever. If you don't like your job you should not be working in a customer service based type of employment. I unfortunately receive packages that go through this post office on a regular basis. As this is the closest post office for packages to be dropped off at. The packages never get scanned in and they sit there for days before they actually do get scanned or move. When you try to call this particular location the workers are extremely rude, they will place you on hold for several minutes to the point of frustration. Or they just hang up in you and when you try to call back they will not answer the phone. This is a poor representation of the US postal service and this particular location needs someone of higher authority to manage them properly.

I have had a package sent twice and it has not arrived either time. My package is saying placed in a postal box in my community but this is too big to even fit also my mailman usually would leave this outside my house. They really need to close this palmetto lost and can’t find location.

WHERE IS MY $500 printer? I’ve done everything possible the correct way. It’s no longer traceable, I can’t file for a refund, nor a help service request - customer service is not helpful at this point and all I know is that I was suppose to get the printer back in March and I STILL have not received it! This post issue in GA is OUT OF HAND and the people who aren’t getting their items are just stuck with ZERO ASSISTANCE BEING PROVIDED. I need some sort of assistance to get my printer. This is NOT the fault of the merchant, or EBay but rather THIS FACILITY and they are doing NOTHING!!!!
