RUNNNNNN from this store... this is not a verizon store but a retailer. I was told phone was in stock for pick up. went there low and behold they dont have my phone in stock. I was told had to cancel order/ be on hold with verizon for 15 mins. why didnt she just cancel my order and get color that they had, who the hell knows... I was quoted a price from verizon, and then was told I would have to purchase 3 accessories to complete sale. This doubled the price I originally agreed upon. RUNNN haul azz from this store... no wonder its never busy in there.

This place of business is ridiculous!!! First off this is not a corporate Location!!! Secondly, we open a business account up, traded in two phones plus a tablet.. The young lady messed up the account from the start.. It took us going to another location then finally a corporate location to find out the young messed the account all the way up.. She had us charged for 6 lines with multiple accounts number until they didn't know which account was actually ours.. Now we have been charged $500 and $300 a total of $800 For what Long story short please please please run run run Don't go to this Location!!!!! Bad Service Bad Service

My only regret is that 1 star is the lowest that I can rate. Don't walk - run away from this place. Do yourself a BIG favor and go to a corporate store. These folks WILL NOT stand behind any accessory that they sell/install.

Very bad experience with Valinda B and Jacquez H. They were extremely unprofessional and didn't show any type of customer service. Very rude and thought because my name wasn't on the account I wasn't suppose to receive the phone I purchased. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Stay away, do not support their business. Then at the end the sales rep tried to get me to busy something.

Pricing is much higher than at a corporate store. Also why am i being charged to set up my device that should be part of good customer service.The sales associate was very nice and helpful.

Terrible!!! Felt like i was bothering the young man and had to get a verizon rep on the phone to assist me. Shocked is all I can say. I will never return to this location. I will drive 20 more miles further to not experience what I experienced. I was delayed, inconvenienced, and I just don't think he was concerned at all.
