With all the bad reviews, I was expecting to encounter rude behavior when I called to arrange garbage pick up. That was not the case! The lady I spoke with was very courteous and friendly, and efficiently took my information and provided details about their services and billing.

My driver has gotten out of his truck to pick up my can after knocked over by storms at night. They’ve stopped when we’ve forgotten and waited for us to run the can down. They are responsive and we appreciate them.

I have had Mauldin Trash Service at my last 2 addresses and have never had an issue with them. They had driver issues during tge Pandemic but what company did not gave issues. If I do have to call for something, tge office staff is always nice and helpful.
