Very knowledgeable staff working there. They stay busy so if you feel they aren't concerned with you at that moment it's not intentional. They do high tech work and probably takes a lot of focus.

The friendly mechanic (especially David and his fresh pressed Dickies) were able to install a new tire on my adventure bike on the fly! Woo hoo…BRAAAP ON!

Kent gave me a tour of his shop showing me his Computrack set up. PRECISION!!! I wasn't there for frame work but what an incredible service they provide! The work I had done was a suspension upgrade & it changed my bike (2016 Indian Scout) 100% for the better!!! Kent machined the fork to achieve better oil flow & recovery & installed better springs. On the rear he replaced the weak OE shocks with RaceTech brand which is one of several brands he sells; it's also what I requested. He had to do a triangulation with me sitting on the bike as well as some weight considerations. Great people; awesome work performed; forever grateful!! So proud I put the stickers on

Awful experience, guy lied about what it needs and charged too much for a rod replacement and a top end rebuild. He also refused to put everything back together without us paying him to do it. Take your stuff to east side cycles in elijay they are so much better and the prices are understandable.

Called at 9:52 a. m. to get quote for two tires. I called again at 1: p. m. Still did not have a quote. Called third time at 5:00 p. m. to inform them I found an independent shop to purchase tires. Lady called me back 15 minutes later and gave me a price $200 more than shop that did the work.

My sons pw50 wouldn’t crank, this shop Took the bike apart, Welded a piece and with out consent of the fee first....did the work and charged $300 ( which I originally said I couldn’t spend more than $300), so took adavantge of that as well...... my son rode twice until we couldn’t get it to crank again........... took the bike to our car mechanic “Ok cool. I can see where the guy welded the other piece and how it temporarily fixed it. But it’s crazy to weld it when the part is 26 dollars. Looks like he didn’t weld it straight and that is what caused that gear to get chewed up.
Oh and you are looking at $150 and that 26 dollar kit. And you should be good to go!!!!” .... there for this place is a joke and thanks for scamming a female and her 4 year old son $300 !!!.... I wouldn’t even give ONE STAR THEY are Thieves !!!!!!
