Honestly, I love USPS and I love coming to our little post office in Fairmount. Megan, in particular, is an absolute angel and always so helpful and friendly.

Terrible delivery services. Packages and mail received from USPS are always damaged, and obviously mishandled. Now, we ordered our little girl a foam play set, which the first time we were told the package was too large and Amazon refused to pay the extra overweight charges, and refused to deliver the item. We got in contact with Amazon which they issued a replacement for the item. Now, the package is held at the facility because they refused to deliver the package. Due to working everyday of the week and dealing with a baby, I am unable to make it to the post office in the hours they are open. So Inconvenient and frustrating!!

Ridiculous. Haven't received anything for 2 days, packages or mail. The new driver is incompetent, both to the job and driving skills. We need the previous driver back.

Had a package that was showing delivered, however was not delivered. Was right at the end of the day (after 4:30) but with a little luck on my side I got a hold of Helen with the Fairmount post office. Helen was AWESOME!!! Not only did she help find the undelivered package, she was able to get my package delivered (at 5:40 PM well after hours). Local Fairmount Post office putting in the extra effort! Great crew!!
