As a longstanding Fayetteville Ford customer, I am highly disappointed in the inadequate service provided by the service department. From the time my Ford F-150 was accepted, it would be almost three months later that the vehicle would be ready for pickup. To make matters worse, and after having paid approximately $2,500.00 for the recommended repairs, my truck remains in the exact same condition which arouses suspicion about a misdiagnosis. As of today, the hardship continues, as I am still without my vehicle. Has anyone else ever experienced a situation of negligence with the service department of Fayetteville Ford?

Excellent experience start to finish! The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Coley was my sales guy and he was fantastic. He made the entire process seamless and painless. I love my new mustang Mach E!! Thank you Coley!

Brought in my Edge for repairs and recalls and left it for the day. I encountered Atlanta traffic and arrived at 6:30 hoping someone might still be in the service dept. They were not. I went into the sales office and they were quickly on the phone. Some would come and check me out. WOW. Brittany Brown was huge help and was more than willing to help. Amazing customer service going above and beyond to help a customer.

I had such a great experience purchasing a car for my daughter at the Ford dealership in Fayetteville. Steve was so helpful, responsive and transparent. He stayed in touch with me, researched questions I asked about specific cars, and he always greeted us with a smile. It was never the typical car dealership experience of haggling back and forth or feeling like you're being pressured into buying a car. The process was smooth. Steve was so gracious to give my daughters and I a ride home because I misplaced my car keys. Jim, the finance manager, had my paperwork ready to go when I got off of of work the day I purchased the vehicle. I have never completed the paperwork to purchase a car so quickly. For me car buying can be daunting and time consuming, and my experience was never that. I was in and out of Jim's office in 15 minutes to do paperwork. I would definitely buy a car from this dealership again. And the lifetime warranty on transmissions and engines is a huge incentive, too.

I purchased my Explorer from here over 2 years ago. The buying experience was phenomenal! I was overjoyed from start to finish. I have had no issues with my truck until just recently. When I went in, I immediately was offered to speak with Tyler B who went above and beyond to assure me it would be taken care of under a recall. I also have referred my son here to buy his first car (if he chooses to). I have to say when we came in Mr Lucas was so energetically encouraging and patient. He is a true salesman and I mean that in the best possible way. This dealership is where you want to go and where you want to send anyone looking for a vehicle or to service their vehicle. Their selection and professionalism are unmatched!!!!

I purchased Maverick from this dealership. Kathleen managed my order. While the lead time to get vehicle ( thanks to supply chain issues!) was 1 year, Kathleen was very proactive in keeping track of my order progress and kept me informed from time to time. Kathleen is the best out there, if you are in market looking for Ford vehicle then you should try this dealership and specifically Kathleen. You would be delighted with her professionalism.

Gary Roberts, service advisor, is top notch! He greeted me with a smile and assured me not only would he make sure my car was taken care of, but that he would keep me informed. And that he did! He called me to let me know what was wrong, how much it would cost and an estimated time that it would be ready. He called me back when it was ready and each time was nothing but professional. So glad to have a great contact in the service department!

Gary Roberts has been my advisor for approximately 1.5 years. He has always been approachable, friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and provides great customer service. The service is always punctual and thorough with a smile and great attitude. I could take my car 10 miles from my home, but because of the way I am treated at Fayetteville Ford, I drive for 30 minutes to get my service done here. I will be returning again and again.S. Purchased a 2019 F250 from Fayetteville Ford dealer. I was very pleased with the staff and especially David Miller. They were very professional and answered all my questions. They made the transaction smooth and easy. I would highly recommend these guys for your next vehicle purchase. They even filled it up with fuel (diesel). The people here made this a five-star review, for sure! Although my vehicle had to be here for many months, due to one thing or another and not for any error on their part, they showed a whole lot of empathy and kindness to me during this time. I want to thank all for their kindness. I'm going to name the last person I met first; simply because he lifted a great weight off of my shoulders by giving me a loaner car so I would not have to spend any more money on a rental. The gentleman's name who, and by the way, the only one who could authorize the use of a loaner was Mr. Chris Baron, Service Manager. I'll always be grateful for his kindness. The following are the other wonderful employees who made my experience at this Ford dealership terrific: the first one i met was James Briggs, Service Advisor; Steve Gallucci, Service Department; Brittany Brown and Jessica ?, both Customer Service Liaisons; Andrew Baron, Service Depart. and Shuttle-Service Driver; Kathleen Blanchard, Sales Consultant; and last, but certainly not least, Alan Parson, Sales Office, who took my concerns upon himself, ask me to have a seat in the Sales Office, while he went directly to Mr. Baron, so that he could check personally into the situation with my car. This resulted in Mr. Baron authorizing the use of a loaner vehicle until my car was safe and ready to be on the road again. So grateful to all these wonderful people!! Thank you!!

I want to say that getting a car with this company was the best experience I ever had. Mr. William Shiver was a very great sales consultant. He and his team took great care and concern with me and my purchase. I appreciate all their effort for me to be able to drive of the lot with a new car the same day. God is great and so are they. You can't go wrong with Fayetteville Ford.

Cannot stand this place no one ever answers the phone in the service dept and if your connected and they never text back and if you stay on them and bug them to death then and only then will you get service and then they're mean
