My experience with State farm was amazing, from beginning to the end. The process of reaching an agent to signing paperwork, follow-up and professionalism was great!
My Agent, A. Hyder, was very friendly and patience throughout the process. She followed -up on concerns right away, and was very thorough.

My name is Kelvin Searcy Sr., I have been a customer of Andy Arnold’s State Farm for 10years. I have been a State Farm customer since I was 16 years old. The customer service by Andy and his staff is second to none. I have never had an issue that they could not help me resolve. They go all out to make sure you are satisfied and understand the product you are purchasing. I highly recommend them to anyone in search of great rates, and customer service.

Untrustworthy, stay far away from Andy Arnold in Fayetteville Ga!.. you've been warned! Look at the previous response interactions and lack of accountability he displays.

Julie is awesome, it's great when you can make a 1-minute call from my end and create most likely hours on Julie's end, to have a policy, an answer or whatever I need with such ease.
I think Andy hires superhumans.

Love their customer service. Andy does a great job reaching out to his clients and giving updates about their accounts. I've yet to have any other agent do that for me! I will always be an Andy Arnold client.
