Rochella was so incredibly kind and went above and beyond with her customer service! I needed a rental car asap and she really did save the day. Got me a car quickly and worked later than usual to make sure I was taken care of. So thankful for her!

I had a great experience here. Darrieon is very kind and professional. There was no long wait despite there only being two employees present and a few people waiting. This will be my new go to rental spot after having awful experiences from both Hertz and ATL Airport.

This was the best customer service experience I've had since I landed. Although every other location gave me the run around about my rental reservation. Ms. Rochelle and her team are the absolute best. She worked with me and got all of my reservation issues resolved and I ended up with a free upgrade. I want to thank her again for working so hard to accommodate me. Made my birthday a better day.

Rochella is one of a kind. She is always pleasant. She has thorough knowledge of the rental industry and advised me on how I can save money on my rental. The vehicles are well maintained and great quality. I appreciate her taking the time to go over some of the operational features.

I reserved a compact car, but they gave me a Chevy Silverado 4 door pickup! It was hard to get up into and out of and cumbersome for parking. Had it not been very late at night and a long line, I would've asked for a smaller vehicle. Other than that, the convenience of Avis Preferred and quick return were terrific.

This is the absolute worst Avis experience of my life! Prepaid to book a Camry or similar and they gave me an “upgrade” to a small SUV Mazda. The car had so many defects, dents and blemishes I asked the associate how old was the car? It was a 2019 and the seats were or should I say used to be white and the car reeked of marijuana. I refused the car and asked for another vehicle. At this point I have been here for an hour and still waiting for a car. When I tell you I will never return to this AVIS! Super disappointed because I rent cars all the time and they have been great, and I am a preferred member! Super disappointed to say the least

Is there a such thing a a negative score. I literally picked up the vehicle, drive less than two miles down the road, and got pulled over by a sheriff. Officer gave me a warning citation for the tag on the vehicle being registered for a different car. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Now, I'm in a bind because I'm supposed to be heading out of town for a funeral. Called customer service line to only be tossed around to different Athens to be told that in order for me to file a formal complaint, I need to write a letter and send to a PO Box... How does this make any sense?? Do Not use this company or this location.

I would give them minus ***** if it was possible. Even with a reservation a week in advance they had no car for us when we arrived. They told us they would call when the car got in... we never heard from them. The customer service is non existent. Avis has lost my business and I urge anyone to only rent a car from them if you don't need one.

No inkling of customer service whatsoever. Rude and uninterested attitudes seems to be pervasive from my experience and the other reviews. Do not patronize this place. Unprofessional in every sense of the word.
