I've been a member of this bank for 20 years, never... Ever... Have I had worse customer service than I did today. I waited in line for 20 minutes, walked up to the teller, she looked at me like I was a bug, asked me what I needed. I told her I just needed some change. She then asked me what kind of change I needed, I told her well I'll need some singles and some coins, etc. Then she told me "well, I don't have any singles to give you." I asked her to clarify, and she told me that the person that can give her singles is out to lunch, so she couldn't help me. What kind of bank doesn't have dollar bills? I'm sorry I was in my work uniform, she didn't even let me put my debit card in to see that I have over $100,000 in this bank... Well, for now. I may just take my banking elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. I have about 30 checks to deposit to an account. My debit card is being reissued so I can’t do it by ATM. Zero customer service help adding up these checks to deposit. It’s called CUSTOMER SERVICE. There is none at this bank. Bank elsewhere. ( the bank wasn’t even busy ) lazy , lazy people.

To set an appointment to see a business banker, you have to arrange an appointment. One can't be seen on the same day. Most business owners sometimes do not have time; if the need arrives, we want to see someone the same day.

Went in today and was told the notary was on vacation this week. This is unacceptable to just have one notary available for a busy/ company of this status.

Bank of America (with drive through ATM) and drive through overnight deposit box.Located at the corner of Banks Crossing and North Glynn Street in Fayetteville GA. Convenient location and visible for most drivers in the area. The drive through teller service was replaced with drive through ATM during COVID. Usually limited staff and be ready to stand in line for a bit. Helpful and polite staff

Every time I come here on Saturday’s they only have two tellers working with a line out the door. You would think that management would see this as an issue and fix it by scheduling two more tellers for a total of 4 tellers and that would at least HELP the situation. I guess they’ve never managed a bank before, I mean I haven’t but seems like that would fix the issue. ??

Why BofA closed their very nice location on Hwy 314 and New Hope Rd. in Fayetteville astounds me. It was much easier to get into, easier to park. The location here on Hwy. 85 sucks to put it mildly. I understand downsizing, but this is sad. If you combine two, normal people would select the better of the two to move into, they selected the one with the busier road. The parking is tight, hard to maneuver with anything more than a mid size car, and turning into the ATM lanes is awful. Bank of America, you really screwed up on this one. Now, on to personnel: Where did these people come from? They can do basics, but ask them to provide a copy of a cashed cashiers' check and you get a deer in the headlights look from them. Plus the people running this location are not as friendly as the people were in the 314 location. Now, this location has nothing to do with the policies and rates, but all that factors in to my decision to leave Bank of America. I am in the process of moving direct deposits, credit cards, bill pay and multiple other accounts to another organization. BofA used to be top notch. Not any more.

Most of the reviews for this location were 1 star, pretty sad. People work at this place is arrogant. They "pretend" like I have no ideas what they are doing. It is your responsibility to let manager to sign my check, not me; I walked around the building and look for person who can sign so I can go. I stood in front of her and waited for her to finish talking with other customer, then she walked away. The bank teller could have done/called her over to sign the check. This is rude and very unprofessional.
