Poor Customer Service and Long Wait Times
I don’t believe customers should have to wait in long lines just to spend their money at a store that employs rude staff. In particular, the older lady at register 7 on 10/24/25 around 7:30 p.m. was especially unpleasant and unprofessional. She should not be in a customer-facing position if she cannot interact respectfully.
Management also doesn’t seem to care about improving the shopping experience. The lines are constantly wrapped around the store as if the items were free. If the issue is staffing, I strongly recommend installing self-checkout kiosks to make the process faster and more efficient for customers.

Sorry, but I can't get past the fact they closed their large fitting room area in the back of the store and only have the 2 singles up front, and on top of that only one of them was open for use!! So only one fitting room in the entire store is insane. I live an hour away from here so it's not so easy for me to return something if they don't fit. I get maybe there was a theft problem but it's your job to have an attendant/security to deter it (not punish shoppers by cutting off a basic need in a clothing store) I can see why this location only recieved a 3.7 star rating.

I Love the store, but the check out is awful. I started to put my purchase down and just walk out. But I needed the items(this time). There are extra long lines, but the cashiers are wonderful. They have great attitudes.
