15 customers but only 1 register open. After 25 minutes of waiting the lady that was standing behind the counter finally came to help the 1 open register and bumped it to 2. The 2nd worker was standing there the whole time. I just placed my items on the gadget shelf and left. I hope they are able to find the support needed maintain customer satisfaction.

Let me start out by saying I've been shopping at Burlington for over 15 years. Move to GA and found my new favorite location the Fayetteville location.I have used the layaway option so many years. This time it was a little different.I spent almost 3 hours searching for clothing items for my son, perfumes for me, I just moved in a new house, so I found some beautiful décor items for the house, comforter set and some Christmas décor, shoes for me. I found some really great items that were very reasonably priced.After waiting in line almost an hour because they're understaff, it was only 2 ppl on the register, I was told by the manager on duty at the time the only thing I could put on layaway was the clothing items.I asked for the layaway policy and she refused to show me.According to the layaway policy on Burlington website".2 The following items cannot be placed on layaway: food items, wall art, rugs, lamps or furniture."I didn't have anything listed above. I let the manager know of this policy she still refused to put my items in the layaway and basically dismissed me.That was the first incident.The second incident was an issue with the comforter set.I was going to go ahead and purchase the comforter set since I wasn't allowed to put it in the layaway. There was no price on it.So the young lady ask me could I go back and find one with a price on it. I told her NO, I don't work at Burlington. If I wasn't so frustrated about the layaway, I would've gone to find it.She basically said she didn't have time to go look. After I made such a fuss about it she stormed off to go find it.She then came back with a totally different brand, different color, I had a 3 piece comforter set, she came back with a 8 piece comforter set and proceeds to ringing it up, I said to her I'm not paying for that and she got the manager that didn't allow me to put my layaway up.The manager goes to the back and takes a tag off another comforter set and place it on the comforter set. I refused to buy.Burlington needs to do better. Train your employees on your policies and procedures.The policy needs to be posted on the front door, so your customers want have to go on a 3 hour scavenger hunt and wait in line for an hour just to get to register and not be allowed to put up a layaway.Sign very frustrated loyal customer.

The line today was super long and we literally stood and watch one associate hop off the register to organize hangers. Meanwhile the line was around the corner. In retail/customer service that is definitely not what your customers want to see. All hands should have been on deck, the hangers couldn't have been that important. Being short staffed is one thing and when needed grace can be applied but that was ridiculous.

This is my favorite little store to find deals! Look around and you'll discover some nice clothing pieces and good products. They are very inexpensive too! I try to stop in, at least, once a week..lol... But, I'm so serious! ????-occasional long lines-fitting room may be unavailable

This store has some nice deals. However, this Fayetteville store today was understaffed. 1 cashier and the line was so long. I dropped my items on the counter and walked out.

I gave this store 3 stars because the store was in a mess and they only had one cashier. I waited in a long line for thirty minutes to make a purchase. They obviously are shorthanded. Despite the mess, they do have a wide variety of products.

Since I have been in GA, stores, especially clothing stores, and some restaurants, the associates excuse no quickness while working. They don’t seem conscious of the length time that individuals are in line for, and this forces people to walk out. None of the associates have looked at the line since I have been waiting to see if they need back up- it’s wild. I work customer service in FL and this was a big thing, because as much as people like shopping, they don’t always like to wait in line for too long. Not only that, but they are more prone to replace what was picked up initially and leave the store having NOT purchased anything. It has to get better, my gosh.

The store was very dirty Devon was my cashier and didn’t say not one word while checking me out except when it was time for me to pay after I inserted my card I said what about my loyalty number he said ima get it after. Guess what I didn’t get my receipt through email. I think he lied about adding my phone number to my purchase today. The line was very long and only two people were working the cashier line on a Saturday.

I love wasting time here with my wife. They never have anything I'm interested in buying. But she seems to have a good time, and I guess that's good enough for me.

This place is cool, The clothes are cool, good, pretty and cute, Since Me and my mom went there to get me some shirts because some shirts are little, I have Dolce & Gabbana sneakers, Disney princess Ariel perfume from there and They also have toys, snacks and more, Since I get snacks from there before, This place is good tho ??

You know how it is, it's Burlington. The place is a little messy, not real bad but it's whatever. They didn't let us in the dressing room but we found some good shirts anyway.

This store was nice for a while now its become like almost every burlington just racks of random clothes thrown all over the place you can't shop cause you can't find your size. It looks aweful they need serious new management from the top cause this many stores can't be this way because of a store manager. How do you even find your size.

They have good ? choices but the lines are extremely long ? lines every time. Need to increase staffing or consider management adjustments. It is very inconsiderate to have such extremely long lines each time you visit this store. This is Morrow Store. The Fayetteville store is nicer but the choices are more limited.

The evening I was in this location there was a larger crowd than usual and only two cashiers so my wait was very long. It's not typically like this though.

Just spoke with a manager about why there are so many people in line and only two at the register, while she and others are walking around? Reply, that’s all that Corporate allows. That’s why they only get two stars for horrible customer service.
