First of all I live in Greeneville, TN. I am 5 1/2 hrs away from my 86 yr old mother. She was using an Android phone and was constantly getting viruses on her phone. I convinced her to move over to an iphone. I purchased a used phone on ebay but once it arrived we realized it needed the battery replaced. I called around and found a truly wonderful person named Sid. A week later my sister was able to take my mother to Sid to have the battery replaced. His comforting disposition made my mother feel that this wonderful man truly cares about his customers. Thanks again to Sid and Cellairis for there cellular support in the Fayetteville area.

I first went by Ubreakitifixit to have my phone screen replaced, BIG MISTAKE! they refused to fix my phone eventhough they had the correct screen and was going to charge me 130 to POTENTIALLY fix it, I asked, " so I could be wasting my time here and you wont be allowed to fix it?" He said yes, and two hour minimum wait time eventhough he said he didn't have any other phones to fix at the moment. I fortunately passed up on their ridiculousness. I went to Cellairis and my phone screen was replaced in 30 minutes AND cost less that what the other store was potentially going to sell me. They also fix all different types of devices, laptops, phones, and more. 100%satisfied
