I see why their rating is so low. All the employees working and I got to wait to be seen and everybody was free. Smh close the branch. 0 stars. Go Credit Union way better costomer service.

There is always one teller. Working counter and window takes 30 minutes to get service an line out the door other associates are standing around, not helping. this is poor poor service.

I loathe anything to do with banking and finances as I always feel stupid. This was not the case with my experience at Chase with Stephanie. I went in to Chase to deposit some cash and had a very nice teller who helped me fill out the deposit form and didn’t make me feel dumb. I then said I wanted to speak to someone about credit cards and was told to have a seat in the waiting area. I waited less than 5 minutes and then I went to talk with Stephanie. She was extremely kind, very professional, and also very patient. She answered all of my financial questions without making me feel the least bit silly. I felt that she really had my best interest in mind. She was able to walk me through the approval process for a particular credit card and I ended up getting approved for it that day. I often feel like I’m being tricked when speaking with financial institutions, but this was not the case here. I will definitely be returning to this Chase and will not hesitate to make an appointment with Stephanie if I ever need a consultation.

Dominick is highly unprofessional. I come in to get my docs notarized at 4:17, he tells me to go into the office around 4:20 and after viewing the volume of the docs, tells me he won’t be able to notarize all the papers. I explained to him this is time sensitive, he was nonchalant and kept urging he would not be able to sign all of them. He asks for my id, to enter my credentials and during that time stated to say he had business calls that he had to take and after telling him I have a business account here, his attitude continued to grow sour. After 12 minutes of dialogue, he continued to slowly check my docs and looked completely puzzled on how to sign them. I explained to him where he needed to sign, he rolls his eyes and says that he knows how to notarize the paper and after explaining to him again that we could have at least started the signing process, he then angrily closes his notary book, gets up and says that he will get his branch manager after I signed one paper. He had me wait the entire time to sign a paper all for him to be unprofessional and leave. He could have handled that situation better and remained professional. He could have also told me to sign up for an appointment for the next day but instead handles the situation in a unprofessional manner. Highly disappointed!

Angie or whatever her name is, works in drive through is completely uncaring, sarcastically rude and is the reason I will never visit this branch again. I went to a different location and had my issue worked out perfectly fine while she constantly gave me the run around and acted as if nothing could be done.

I had an amazing experience at this Chase location yesterday. I think the gentleman who helped me was named Robert and he was extremely professional and kind. He took the time to understand my issue and handled it with extreme care. It's rare to receive exceptional customer service these days so I definitely wanted to highlight him.

Visited this branch today to make my final mortgage payment. Without a doubt, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a banking institution. A special shout out to Eric, who handled the majority of the paperwork and details. Super friendly and very professional. And to the young lady who finished up my payment (did not catch her name), great job as well. Awesome team you guys have there.

I've spoken with a bank officer twice at this location, which makes me feel I have enough experience to post a review. There has been nothing that makes me feel special about this place, meaning it went fine, so I'd give 4-star. One thing, however, is that at one of the officer's cubicle the computer monitor is installed in an angle such that people who just walked in to the building can see (or even worse, take a picture of what's on the monitor if s/he's viciously minded). I brought this up to the officer, who was well aware of the issue, but so far it's not fixed and it can be critical. With that I minus 1 star.

Typically has 1 teller and the drive through is never open! I inquired when I 1st came here to do work related business and they told me it was because they are short staffed. Now 1 1/2 years later they give the same excuse. Both of my personal banks are well staffed. I’m beginning to believe they just don’t want to hire to keep overhead down . The worst IMO
