Nice comfortable seats, good bathrooms, nice selection of snacks but they are expensive! Over $6 for a small room temperature bottle of water? That seems a bit overkill

I am writing to express my disappointment with your ongoing enforcement of age restrictions and curfew policies. As a long-time customer, I have consistently enjoyed a wide range of movies with friends and family since 2016. However, the rigid application of these policies has severely impacted my movie-going experience and is, in my view, detrimental to customer satisfaction.
Given these issues, I find myself compelled to discontinue my patronage. I hope you will reconsider your policies to better align with the diverse needs of your audience. I wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Terrible customer service. Claimed to have had a “curfew policy” since 2016, but has not enforced it in the MANY times I have been since then. Also, the way the manager handled the situation was completely unprofessional, and disrespectful.

I do not agree with the curfew about children 16 and under need a guardian or parent. We had our younger brother in law with us 16. And we weren't allowed to admit him in to theater so they told us to get refund and we're not the only one. I've seen about 40 other people having the same problem. Older siblings should be considered the guardian since they're in charge of the younger sibling. This is outrageous and stupid it has never been enforced before and I've only ever been coming to tinseltown along with customer service over this issue being Abysmal this happened 08/17/24 on sat at 7:33 and I allows watch movies here after 6. You have permanently lost my business

Have been going to this Movie Theater for about 7 years and every time I come here it’s always a nice experience even on busy Friday nights it’s always Excellent 10/10 No Complaints really .

My in-laws were visiting so we were looking for theaters with Hindi movie options since they are fluent in that language and are visiting from India we noticed that Cinemark Tinseltown and Fayetteville offer just that we were so happy to have found something close by instead of having to drive way out.

I regularly visit this theater and had no major issues. I do like that I can order food and drinks online so I can bypass the concession stands & the food is delivered on time as well. Minor issues, I ordered the Alien Romulus popcorn bucket that was advertised on the site and was informed by a worker that it was sold out.
I received a refund which I appreciate but I hope they update their site regularly when it comes to specialized items otherwise there will be upset customers. The price of certain food is kinda high as well. The popcorn I love but I'm not spending 5-6 dollars for a chocolate bar lol. Other than that I enjoy this theater.
