This is a great store in a great location. The staff is great it's just so, unfortunate others on the reviews fabricate, as well as defermate because they can't get their way. It's really unfortunate when they're state license professionals that act this way. Much success to this business, and welcome to the community.

I normally have a positive experience at this location but not today. I arrived at the store at 5:39pm and the store closes at 6pm. The doors were lock but no signage stating closing early. There was a short and stocky black female with a short haircut inside the store. We made eye contact and she ran from the bathroom door to another door that read exit. I waited hoping she would open the door or at least acknowledge that she saw me waiting. A few mins go by and she comes out but stays in the back and goes back inside the back room. No communication or anything. At 5:51 I decide to leave but I'm pissed because all she had to do was communicate. I called Newnan store asking about the fayetteville store being closed and they weren't aware of the store closing early. So I called customer service line and reported the store. This store has been good up until today. Hopefully, in the future this won't happen again or that employee moves to another store location.

The young lady (wears glasses and has ginger hair) was not pleasant to interact with. She had a very condescending tone while āhelping meā.What really bothered me most is at check out she offered me a ārewards cardā and told me all the perks without mentioning it was a credit card upfront. When I figured out it was a credit card I declined and suggested she should not say itās simply a rewards card you should say itās a credit cardā¦.. consumers donāt like feeling like salesperson is not being straight up. This company gets enough money out of me. I do not want to feel like I am working with a con artist.She got an attitude with me when I explained to her itās best to say itās a credit card up front not a rewards card. She tried to debate with me. I just walked out the store very annoyed. I hope I never have to work with her again.

Today I was in the store for over a hour, just looking at colors . 3 different people asked me if I was okay I told them yes , as Iām on my phone looking up color swatches ( because they donāt have many color swatches out )A young lady decided to come over and stand there as if she had to watch me , she went from one end to another just looking for something to do , I then began to walk to the front of store she then proceeded to the front , I walked back over by the color , how ironic was it she then came back over there , I spent $300 on color today , to be followed around the store. With it being 2 other black ladies working who did not bother me at all , I feel extremely racially profiled . I actually recorded the entire thing, itās disgusting and sad
