I use to love stopping at this location, 3min away from home. The 1st store manager and her team were so welcoming and always willing to help. This new manager that you never see and her crew WOW! They do not speak when you enter the store, just look at you like you’re crazy. The taller gentleman with locs always on his phone, most of the cashiers are always on their phone! They closed the store for a few days to remodel to re open with boxes everywhere weeks later! Freezer never stocked, shelves not stocked and again weeks later boxes FULL of items in the aisle. They need to bring back the 1st manger, she was at least trying.

If I could give zero stars I would. No greetings upon entry. No matter how many times employees are switched they always act the same. Like they don’t want to be bothered with their job. Their personal phone conversations are more important than providing customer service. The store is a MESS. Carts in the way of the aisles. I can’t make it make sense. Needs a new GM, store manager and cashiers/customer service reps. Hiring just anybody.

The WORST store I ever been to and I’m sure what I needed was in a box because online it said there were plenty! I only saw one person in the whole store who was sitting outside on the patio furniture that couldn’t wait to tell me their last day is Friday.

I have been shopping here regularly since this location opened.
I have consistently found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
I have always found the place to be clean.
They seem to have the same staffing issues that most retail establishments do these days. There is often only one or two people on duty.
This particular location can be difficult to get in and out of due to the very steep grade of the drive leading into and out of the parking lot.

Awful experience every time I come here. The staff is rude and insist on smoking right next to the entrance of the store.

The Dollar General seems to be a convenient place to shop. Especially if you need something right away with going to big department stores. The store had what I needed and I was in and out. Parking was good as well.

The ONE person working was in the back of the store putting out inventory while the self service line had 4 people. I went to get her and she came to the front quickly to ring up the people.

They NEVER open when the times are Listed . Phones are taken off the Hook so you cannot contact them . Unreliable .... Good Luck .Sometimes they don't open at all . This Location should be shut Down
