I have come to this Dunkin for the last two days each day my order has been wrong. They will have the correct sticker on the cup but the drink will be wrong. My food I ordered was cold aswell, also the customer service has gone down hill.I will not be going back!!!!

On 2 occasions they were too lazy to make lattes and dressed up drip coffee instead and of course I was charged a latte price. Both visits, lukewarm coffee.

This Dunkin is the worst! My coffee is never right! The sticker on the cup is right but the people making it obviously can't read or there not paying attention. I will drive past this one to go to the new one.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. This specific location has not once gotten a single order of mine correct. After speaking to corporate twice, I’ve decided I’m just not coming here again. I’ll choose Starbucks (or hospital coffee for that matter) any day over this expensive, and disappointing store.

This is a PSA to help revive GOOD customer service. Mistakes will happen. When you make an error/mistake what makes the BIGGEST impression is how you resolve the error/mistake. This is relevant to business and personal interactions. I was given the wrong muffin this morning at this location and returned to get a refund.I would have expected a response something like:I apologize for our error and inconvenience. Here is $5 so that your next muffin is on us. The manager's response in summary:Is that all?I hand her my app, "do you have your card on you?"I try to explain my frustration with her response. She responds by sharing her "problems": "ma'am I have employees in training. I just spilled a drink."She never acknowledged that I used my time and gas to return due to their error. When you make an error/mistake:Acknowledge it and take ownership. Then take action to correct the error and do something a little extra for the inconvenience you caused to the other party.I am giving 1 star because I've had multiple issues at this location. In fairness it is not due to this single interaction. They repeatedly fill their drinks half way and I've addressed this with them as well. I'm just fed up and I think I'm done patronizing this location.

One of the best Dunkin's I have been to. Polite staff that great you and genuinely seem happy to be there. Quality has never been an issue for Dunkin'. Their "Joe" is the best in town. Kudos to management for a well run establishment!

It's crazy to me that somewhere that has coffee and ice can't make an iced coffee because they're out of "coffee syrup". Gross, just make a regular ice coffee for your customers. Very disappointing.
