DONT SHOP HERE ..Refuse to look at TVs because of dealings with partner at Mike's Tv repair. I was met at door and told didn't have what I need b4 even checking to see what I needed. They work together and scam together dnt trust these people with your repair problems. Check previous reviews.

I was on the fence about dropping our TV off but decided to give it a shot. It only took a few days for our TV to be repaired which greatly surprised me. My hb brought the TV home just to plug it in and realize we paid $100 and the TV still only clicks and doesn't come on. I asked my hb if it came on at the shop and he admitted he was in such a hurry he didn't even try to see before he left. Long story short, we are out money and don't want to even waste more time trying to take it back up there. So my advice would be go with your first instinct.

This was an absolute nightmare. Horrible, dishonest, unprofessional, and flat-out rude. He LOST my 60" HD television!! He tried to give me back a completely different tv. When I said "this isn't my tv", he eventually responded with "hmmm, maybe I accidently threw yours away or gave it to the wrong customer or something". And then, "well it is gone now so I don't know what you want me to do about it".
Once I realized how he does business, I began recording our many conversations. I have him actually saying these things recorded! Fortunately for him, I lost my phone in the lake or we would be in court right now. I threatened once (after countless weeks of begging him to make it right) to take him to court and his response was "eh, wouldn't be the first time. I beat it before and I will beat it again."
Eventually after FOUR MONTHS he offered TO SELL ME ($225- the cost of repairing my tv that he had lost) a replacement t.v. he had repaired that was hardly a comparison to my own...but I accepted in frustration. It lasted three months and now sets on my front porch reminding me daily of the absolute horrible decision I made to ever let him touch anything of mine. That was a hard and expensive lesson.

WARNING ALERT!! Very unprofessional, incompetent. This business and its propreitor marc are a customer service nightmare! Actually gave Marc 2-3 chances to repair my stereo to no avail. My stereo was returned with more issues than i initially had.He refused to give me a full refund after i made several trips to his business do to his failure to repair my stereo citing he had a no refund policy for diagnostic fee something he did not state verbally or in writing on my receipt or repair form. He did manage to stamp on his repair form that if you left your equipment more than 30 days he had the right to dispose of it however he chose.Business hours posted on his door clearly state 10am-5pm. however when i arrived at 4:20 pm one day after being told by him earlier same day to pick up my unit he did not answer the door nor his phone. After bringing my stereo for a third time for him to fix the same allegeded diagnosis and repair i asked when will unit be ready and Marc rudely replied "when i fix it"! He only agreed to refund some of my money $100 and said i had to wait 2 days for that because he didn't have time to go to the atm. When i arrived in his shop for partial refund he hastily showed me a sign partially hidden behind a furniture ornament about fees and his refund policy. i have sought the help of a third party entity to try and recoup the remainder of my underfunded balance.I hope you do yourself a favor and avoid this unprofessional experience.

They fixed my LCD TV for $185. They are very honest and easy to find. The only reason for 4 instead of five stars is that they are very casual and were pretty short on details for the repair. That threw me off at first, but I received fast service and a professional repair. I can while honestly recommend these guys.

I just found an EXCELLENT place to have High-End Audio gear and TV's serviced without the hassle and expense of going to Atlanta. Marc is GREAT guy, he really knows his stuff. I just had my old school B&K Power Amp repaired for a fair price with less than a week turn around. Try that in Atlanta! Highly recommended!!
