Fayette Eye Clinic is known for its knowledgeable and caring doctors who take time to explain eye health and address concerns. The office staff is consistently noted as being kind, courteous, nice, helpful, and professional. However, experiences with the external opticians the clinic uses for glasses have been problematic. Multiple reviews cite a lack of urgency, very long wait times of several weeks, and incorrect prescriptions that caused discomfort and blurry vision. This has led to significant frustration for some patients. Despite this issue with the optical service, the clinical care from the doctors themselves receives strong praise, with many patients stating they are happy and definitely recommend the practice.
Pleasant experience all around. The front end staff were helpful and friendly. The optometrist really took time with all members of our family and we didn't feel rushed. My young daughter was nervous about going but was made to feel super comfortable.

Great Customer Service from the front to the back. Waiting time was great. Doctor had great information. I was In and out within 45 minutes.
