Antoinette was extremely helpful and fast with my service 2/29/24. But I wouldn’t recommend them tho because today 3/6/24 I can’t seem to locate my 5 packages or the tracking information from my receipt. I need help finding my stuff, thanks.

I needed prints made for a very important event but only gave them 8 hours notice. Everyone worked really hard to give me exactly what I wanted quickly and for the best price. But most of all ,I have to thank Gregory for making sure it was done in time. Great Service!

Tiffany the manager and the full team is always amazing. They greet me by name and she’s the best manager I’ve ever experienced at a Fed Ex store. The entire staff is always so pleasant and patient. I have never had a mishap or not learned new ways to do things when visiting this location that can help me save $$z I truly believe she should offer training to other managers because she’s an amazing leader. I wish I could give 100 stars this location is unmatched with their great customer care.

I was having a problem with a document printing and Selena gave me some options. It was closing time so I went home and repaired the document. She got it ready for my event. I had recently had surgery on my elbow and handI appreciated the assistance. Thank you

The Store Manager at this store Ms. Tiffany is wonderful. Her work ethic and diligence is to recognize and highly appreciated. Thank you Ms. Tiffany for making my experience wonderful. She printed out some wonderful programs for me gave me excellent suggestions while being so patient with me. ❤️❤️❤️. Her Assistant Gregory is great as well. He made sure that my order was done the next even when he didn’t have the time. Due to a large order he made an exception for me. Thank You Gregory for going above and beyond for your customers. Ms. Tiffany has trained you so well.

This location moved next to the Verizon store in the Pavillion across the street. Don't know why it's not updated yet because the new location doesn't even show up on maps. It's on the side of Publix in the Pavillion before you get to Olive Garden. You're welcome.

Awful experience here. There is a young Lady at this establishment that is very rude and unprofessional .She has to be a shareholder at Fedex!! The Gentleman was most courteous, but she had the most rotten attitude. I will never visit this place again in this lifetime.

What a fiasco. All I wanted to do was ship a package AND insert a return shipping label. You’d think this would be within the capability of a FedEx location right? Wrong. Agent didn’t know how to print a return label, called for manager, she said I had to do it myself online. Fine, off the the local computer, build an account, type in all the info, put in CCard, hit “ship” and get an error message saying “Can’t complete transaction see manager in store.” So I go back to the manager… 15 minutes have gone by with my family sitting in the car now… manager says she can’t help, try a different site without building a profile as a guest. I’m done. Off to UPS where they did the labels and everything in 5 mins.

This FedEx is one of the best I’ve came to since my move from Iowa to Georgia. The staff Gregory & Aneesha was super friendly & helpful. Taking the time to service me & working as a team. When I walked in the energy was very positive and warm. This place is my first go to for FedEx.

This location is not closed, they moved across the street to the Pavilion. They are located next to T-Mobile and UBreakitIfixit. They placed a sign on the old location, however, it keeps getting taken down. THIS LOCATION is not closed , they just relocated across the street.

This location is Closed! Nothing on doors anymore. Simply directions another drop off option which isn’t a FedEx. They should update Google.
