I had such an incredible experience at this store toda. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. Stephanie was absolutely amazing—she showed off the furniture with ease and expertise, striking that perfect balance of being helpful without ever being pushy. Erica greeted me with a warm smile at the front desk, and her friendliness instantly set the tone for a great visit. There was also a gentleman who kindly assisted with loading my furniture—teamwork at its finest!
Not only is the service top-notch, but the prices truly can’t be beat. I was so impressed, I’m heading back tomorrow to pick up new chairs. This team made shopping for furniture enjoyable, easy, and efficient. Highly recommend!

This was hands down the greatest experience I’ve had with in store furniture shopping. The great selection made shopping here exciting , but the real recognition here goes to saleswoman Erica. I mean you can look up the definitions to friendly and efficient and she would be listed under both as an example. Please check this place out if you’re shopping of looking around, you will not be disappointed. They’ve got great prices and a number of different payment plan options. Remember , ERICA , for a great Experience!

Debra was excellent having patience with me, excellent salesperson. I'm sure my granddaughter will love her bedroom set. Pricey on most merchandise but quickly available mostly in 2 weeks, unlike larger competitors. It took me 2 weeks to purchase after comparing availability and delivery options of competitors.
Will be picking up merchandise Tuesday.

Forgot to post a review.. I came into the store sometime in the beginning of the year and found a bed that I loved and was actually suggested by the worker helping me at the time ( she was med height and white) thought she was really helpful because of her showing me every mattress that was inside of the building. Same day I found the mattress that I wanted and was ready to buy but that’s day the credit card machine wasn’t working she said.. So she gave me a receipt with the supposedly information on the mattress that she also told me she had at home and loved it and my balance which was almost $800. The mattress that I chose included a remote to lift the head of the mattress. However the next day when I came back to the store to pay for the bed that I thought I choose… some how I ended up with a regular mattress that i honestly don’t remember seeing. When I realized the mattress wasn’t the one I ordered there wasn’t anything I could do because I had already unpackaged it from the box and took all the plastic off of it which means I couldn’t put the mattress back inside of the box no more. So I basically had to settle for a bed that I didn’t choose and probably paid more for. Make sure you guys see proof that the bed that’s on the receipt is the bed that you actually paid for or just don’t shop at all because I won’t again.

BOUGHT A MATTRESS SET AND THE TOP MATTRESS HAD A DEFECT AND COMPLAINED THEY GAVE US A NEW ONE. Same problem but this time they would not exchange it. Called and sent texts with pics, but no response. I WANT PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE FROM THAT STORE.
