Store has been closed for hours, note on door say gone from 11:55 to 2pm. At 2:16 still no one. Multiple people waiting and a Fedex truck unable to deliver.

Gamestop employee left stoe unattended and left for more than an hour while customers outside wait for more than an hour. There is an elderly man who has been waiting sine 2:12pm for he the employee to come out and it's already 3:36pm and we are still waiting. This has not been the fist time this gamestop has been left unattended. Employee needs to face the consequences.

We tried to trade in a controller for the Nintendo Switch, and they said they didn't have the cable to test it. I found a cable in my car, and then they said the program to test wasn't working. Horrible store!

Nice store but it’s a random drawing when you get in there might get a cool person who knows how to do everything and gets you in and out or a new person who doesn’t know how to do anything or WON’T call a manager for help or just might end up with a guy who doesn’t want to be there and ends up with an attitude.

I got to make a return after my child had so many issues with his console. I come 12 mins to close and Keith instantly brushed my son off by saying he can't do anything close to store closing hours. I approach the door to see what's going on and immediately was told 10 different lies why he wouldn't help. He was very nasty, held the door open the entire time we talked as if he was insinuating me to leave. His tone and demeanor was very rude and condescending. I purchased $700 worth of products and was going to purchase another $700 product. After being treated like that, I will be returning all my products and purchase my items were associates make customers at least feel valued. I have been calling all day to speak with a manager and haven't had any luck reaching anyone. 0 stars

I like this particular store because it’s always clean and well stocked, the deli section has a variety of pasties along with sandwiches and soups etc. Checking out is normally pretty easy with the self checkout option.

I’ll start off by saying two little kids shouldn’t have been in there without a parent but seeing two kids wanting to trade in at least 10 very current switch games for the new Pokémon game and be absolutely swindled by the clerk was gross. He clearly knew what they wanted to do and so when they thought they had traded for the game and had money left over he definitely had no right to scream at them that they were taking the game without paying. Then, a customer stands up for children being berated and is met with the clerk saying it wasn’t his job to cater to what they wanted. It’s a customer service job. That’s the definition of your job. GameStop is notorious for undervaluing trade ins but he definitely gave them less than they deserved and when they realized it wasn’t enough he wouldn’t allow them to back out of the trade. Disgusting behavior. Instead of catering to a new generation of gamers you’ll only get treated fairly if you’re a stereotypical sweaty gamer. It’s time for GameStop to finally go out of business.

My favorite GameStop location by a longshot. The manager, T, is awesome. He's knowledgeable, helpful, and is on the side of the customer which is rare. I RARELY buy physical copies of games but when I do I get them from this location.

The specials they had advertised up .went away when I check out. No apology no real explanation. I understand that my purchase isn’t important to her. But it was to me. Just a lil respect could go a long way. I would have bought them. Just her not my problem addressing me.
