Open sign was on and hours on door showed they should be open, but doors were locked and no one was around.

On September 3, 2021, I purchased a flat screen television for $108 from this location and did not receive Good Will but shy-sty business practices. The manager, Renee, was off work and her replacement could not answer any questions about the T V that had an illegible note on it that read. "a pink line is running down the side of the screen." Other than that problem, there was no other indication of any technological issues with the T V, which made it seem like a good deal. In the store, it was hooked up to a DVD player that was playing a movie. After purchasing the television, I took it home and connected it to my cable, but to my consternation, the picture did not show. I called Amazon support for assistance; however, they were not able to get the picture to display, which they surmised was due to the television not receiving the signal. On Sept. 7, 2021, after Labor Day, I went into the Goodwill store and spoke with the manager, Renee, requesting a refund, for a TV they put on the shelf that was not working, but she flatly refused, stating it's against store policy to give refunds for electronic purchases. Renee directed me to call Goodwill's Corporate office. Needless to say, that was to no avail. My experience at this Goodwill was unfair and their policy is not good customer service or ethical business practices.
