If you’re looking for a deal on a good name brand, skip this goodwill and head to another. 99% of the brands include Walmart, Target, and forever21. This would be fine if goodwill wasn’t charging nearly $7 for a shirt. Those brands typically sell for around that price new. This was surprising to me considering the neighborhood this goodwill is located. Probably sending better items to e-commerce like most goodwills now. Better off shopping for these items new than here. My 2 cents.

Its an ok goodwill. Usually messy as things are thrown in the shelf. Prices are high for a thrift store. But there are a few good deals.

Liked the colored tag sale. Place is clean, but not as organized as the other ones I’ve been to in the area. Sizes we’re all mixed up, still pretty good store.

The store has a large selection of products. I do wish prices were a little cheaper on some items. When you want $26 for a calculator from the 90's there's an issue. The store could also cater to some large clothing sizes such as 4X for larger men. Sadly the store didn't have a shoe that fit me either (size 13 or 14)

I was very pleased with this Goodwill as I frequent different ones often. The store was very clean and things on the rack were in order. I start a new job and was in need of some blazers and shirts and ties. I was a happy camper leaving with 3 blazer in excellent condition, dress shirt and tie for $20. Thrifting is where it's at!!! I am going to be so cute my first week of work. Thanks Goodwill y'all came thru for me.

I don’t know why I’m giving any stars but whatever. Tashika at the checkout counter has such a rotten attitude. I was the 4th customer in line and there was 1 cashier (A). Cashier A called for a Code 3 which I assume means the need of another cashier. A had to page twice before Tashika showed up. She’s the lady in the hat and the tarnished Gemini necklace. Cashier C showed up and Tashika ended up sending C away after commenting on how much work she had to do in the back and how she couldn’t “keep running up here.” Tashika got a personal call on her cell, told them to hold on while she rudely answered the store phone telling the calling customer that she couldn’t check for a particular item because she had “such a long line”. Then after huffing and puffing some more she called out to Cashier A that she had to ring up “ALL these books” then smacked her mouth. I noticed she was ringing up the books incorrectly as adult books which were more expensive than the kids books. I told her all the books I had were kids books and she said she WAS ringing them up as kids books but clearly on the screen facing me it showed adult hardbacks. She noticed she was wrong and said my bad. I also noticed she incorrectly scanned the tag for “audio books” which I had none of. I waited to mention it to see if she’d correct it on her own. When I told her she had rung up audio books, she seemed even more irritated and said, “After I get done ringing up all these books I’ll go back and correct my mistakes. Is that alright with you?” I was caught off guard and said whatever.I buy (and donate) a lot of books at Goodwill because my kids read so much. I never understand rude customer service and don’t get how or why an employee would complain about the actual job they are being paid to do. In Tashika’s case, scanning items. It’s beyond me. Without customers (as with any business) there would be no Goodwill. It takes no more effort to be courteous than it does being tacky. Terrible experience.
