At first I was concerned due to lack of response to my order, but Andrew personally called me and addressed all my concerns as well as offered a sincere apology. I will certainly use them in the future.

I recently ordered the goat milk soap making kit from them and there was a slight delay while they were waiting on a product that went with the kit. When my wife opened the box, there was a coupon and a note saying sorry for the delay.
I'm very happy with the company and will be doing more business with them in the near future.

I Purchase a kid feeder on Sunday night. Got confirmation and I had my credit card billed right away. Six days later, I had to email and call because the unit had not shipped. There was no communication about why the delay or hey we’re sorry for the delay. Finally got shipped a week later.

Horrible isn't the word I'd use. I placed an order Dec 20, 24 and am still waiting for a shipping date. I have called 3 times so far and spoke with Grandma who just had a great baby.... all 3 times she said she'd check with the kids and find out the status. Still no word from the kids. It's a 53.00 order but my lord there is no customer service. I want my money back. Obviously I won't be getting the supplies I ordered in time to use this year. Shouldn't be in business if you can't provide the service

I would just like to leave a review for these wonderful people to note that most of the low reviews are from 4+ years ago, around about the time the family did experience a terrible hardship. The one review from 7 months ago, if you look at her other reviews, she literally left a 2-star review for a Burger King. AND a McDonald's. So yeah, take that one with a grain of salt. I have known this family personally for many years, and they are just truly wonderful people who would never rip anyone off in a million years. If you have ordered from them, please consider leaving them a nice review to get this unfair score back up where it should be!

Absolutely horrible. Took weeks for our order to arrive. It finally showed up missing pieces. They said they would get it sent out the next day. A few days later they said they would send the piece with the rest of the order. Another few weeks and nothing has arrived. Had to order from another company. Did get a refund for the item that never shipped but not for the item that is useless without the missing piece. They also charge you immediately unlike many companies who don't process payments until the item is shipping. Save the headache and order elsewhere.

This company has gone so downhill that I don't recommend anyone to ever buy from them and I never will again. I have ordered a few times in the past, but I placed another order just recently a few months ago and two items were back ordered and I never received them AND I was charged for them. I have called many times and emailed many times. I never get a reply by email, and when I call I get the old lady saying she's the grandma and relaying the message. All I can say is this company will steal your money. Do not order from them.

Terrible customer service. Website is glitchy and customer service is unresponsive. I'm now stuck with an item I didn't want and had to pay for and they won't respond to my emails. Won't order from them again

I absolutely LOVE this store! Okay, so, I'm a real person- I'm not getting paid to leave this review. I was just showing their website to someone I met that has goats and telling them about Hogger, and I was really surprised to see that there were a bunch of negative reviews!? So I wanted to tell you about my positive experience as a customer for the past 2 years. We have 4 goats: 2 adult nubuan does and two dwarf Nubian doe kids. I have been consistently ordering with no problem; prices are reasonable,
lots of holistic natural products. I receive my orders quickly and I usually always get their resident goat guru Ann answering the phone. She's a hoot and very knowledgeable! If I have a question she couldn't answer she takes my name and number and somebody calls me back within 24 to 48 hours. (if you look at all of their negative reviews it's from 6-7 years ago. Not sure what they were going through then... but I have consistently received top-notch service for the past 2 years so I would say give them a try!) I regularly buy their Herbal Wormer, the Herbal Toner, and the XP Yeast. Also, Bovisera for immune boost or to avoid shipping fever. This summer, Ann went above and beyond to call me after I placed an online order of Bovisara to make sure I was ordering the right amount--and she really did us a huge favor because we accidentally did not order what we needed for our cross-country trip! I have called them on several occasions to ask for information or direction and they have been wonderful with providing me detailed help, including lots of do's and don'ts when we were moving our pet goats cross county in the heat of the summer. I appreciate that they're a family run business, not a huge corporation. I go to them first for anything our goats need!!

I have placed three orders for cheese and yogurt making supplies. Totally happy with my purchases. I have also called and emailed with a few questions about cheese and yogurt making. Someone always answers meEither in the phone or via email.Go ahead, support a smallBusiness. And FYI the yogurt cultureIs very good and a fraction of the price you find on other sites.

I placed two orders with this company, a big one for over $200 and a small one before I read the bad reviews. Once I read them I was afraid I wouldn't get my order so contacted customer service. I was greeted by the Grandma of the family, she was very nice and said shed have them look into my order, which she did. everything arrived like promised and as I ordered but one item. When I called back a very nice gentleman told me they were waiting for the mold to come in and once in would send it or refund my money, I said I'd wait. The product were just what I ordered and of good quality, Maybe they went thru some hard times in the past, Don't know. But I have no issues with them and would order again. 5 stars for customer service! and no i am in no way related or friends of these people, I live several state away. Just wanted to say a good word in their behalf because they did me right.
