Jason, and one of his mechanics, were very nice and honest. It is rare to find genuine auto shops such as this one! Well, I came for one problem, but I was given advice on the best approach to my dilemma. I am a new dedicated future customer going forward.

As a travel nurse with just one day off, I found immense relief in easily getting my tire replaced. The swift and excellent customer service, especially with Jason's assistance, left me with the rest of the day to tackle other errands.

Been going to Hoffman tire for a long time. Always excellent service! We have multiple cars but my review today is a special circumstance, 83 MB 300D turbo diesel. New tires and alignment. What difference in ride!! Was sure I was going to have to take my car to the classic Benz shop for alignment. Pleasantly surprised Hoffman tire would do it. You guys continue to impress us! Jason was my advisor he helped me with my flat tire. I waited less than a hour for the repair he even had to order a tire from a different location. He was super helpful with the whole process!!! If I can give 10 stars I would !!! Amazing service!!!Service: Tires

Hoffman Automotive provided excellent work and great service. The repairs were completed on time as promised. They called to let me know their findings with cost for repairs before moving forward. They were very professional. I will definitely use them again if I need other repairs.

I was going to leave my truck for the day to get new tires put on, but they pulled my truck in right away and started working. Dropped in without an appointment near opening time. They quickly repaired a nail in my tire. Checked if all the tire pressure sensors worked and made sure all the tires were full. Put my spare back to keep my hands clean. And all at a fair inexpensive price. Great job Hoffman.

It's scary, as a woman, taking a car in for service. Many times I've paid for service that was either done poorly or not at all. This was not the case at Hoffman tire. My 2005 Nissan Altima is riding like a brand new car. I had my shocks and struts replaced. Jason was very professional and gave me a quote up front and I was told how long the repair would last. A couple months later, my alternator needed replacing as well. I took it in early and the job was completed in no time. Jason and all the staff at Hoffman are very polite and make sure quality work is done in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend Hoffman to all my friends and family!Carol Lee

Jason took great care of me. I was in a rush to get somewhere and got a nail on my tire (just my luck) I really thought I was going to wait forever to get it fixed but Jason made sure to give me great service and quick! Shout out to Jason and the rest of the team here at Hoffman! I took my car in because I was having issues with the brakes due to an accident. I had been to several other different mechanics who wanted to rip me off and make me buy new brakes and claim that the damage my car had was due to "normal wear and tear" and had nothing to do with my car accident. Hoffman was the only honest place I went to that did not try to trick me into unnecessary services to save money. Unfortunately, they didn't have enough time to diagnose the issues with my vehicle because I had a limited time frame to get it fixed. I am glad they did not just "guess" what the issue was and make unnecessary repairs. I only wish I had found them sooner, but I cannot recommend them enough. I would not waste time or money taking my vehicle anywhere else. They also changed my oil and were charging a far more reasonable price than some other places. Thank you guys so much!

Being a female I often experience mechanics giving me ridiculous quotes for mechanical services well that was NOT the case at Hoffman. From the moment I walked in I was treated with respect and dignity I'm so appreciative for Jason!He set an appointment for me and they took great care of my car and answered all of my questions and concerns and for that I'm so grateful!!!
