Wow! Home Depot Fayetteville, Ga has an outstanding team. I stopped by to grab plywood for a project and all hands were on deck. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help. Special thanks to Penny "THE GOAT", Nate, Shayman and the nice young lady who helped keep my son calm while we worked out the details. Thanks to them, Home Depot Fayetteville is our new favorite location.

I do my best to be polite and patient when needing assistance from retail sales associates. Today I had the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Bad enough I’m writing a online review. I had a question in the paint dept. The associate was not busy with other customers. I asked if he could assist me. Simple question: I had a specific paint in hand, inquired if icould be tinted black? The answer was no , but it was his attitude and how he responded that was unprofessional.. ok can it be tinted any color.? “That’s not what you asked me , you asked about black I already told you. No. Now your asking about other colors why didn’t you ask that first ? It has to be a medium hue color”. shocked by his rudeness, I timidly said so if I wanted a light shade of grey ? He spoke in Spanish to his friend sitting at the counter and laughed as he walked away..leaving me standing there in disbelief . I should have requested the Store Manager to join me repeat the same questions to see how he gives me attitude again. But it , wasnt worth my time or effort.
if your in need of paint at this store: dont ask for help from the man that always wears red shoes. Lowes will get my business and my money going forward

I needed to make a special order for something that was not online. My first call... the woman asked me to call her back in 10 bc she is too busy. I called a diff department who transferred me twice. Then I got a rude woman who wanted a sku for an item I CANNOT FIND ONLINE. "Ma'm WE cannot shop for YOU" she told me, and put me on hold. Seriously FK this. Ill go elsewhere and even pay more. Shame on y'all.

Ideal location. However, prices are too high. I would recommend you shop on line, unless your need is immediate.
