This was my daughter's first time getting her hair done at a JCPENNEY salon. Kassett did my daughter's hair and she was nice, but I believe she overcharged us. My daughter paid $80 for a silk press and $25 just to get her split ends trimmed, totaling $105. This was pretty pricey and this does not look like a silk press and trimming her ends should have been included in the $80, and then she had the nerve to ask for a tip...really...our own stay robbing one another. Needless to say we won't be back.

I placed an order on July 8th for ship to store. The item was to arrive to the store in 5 to 7 business days. As of today, July 27th, the item has not arrived. I called the customer service number for JC Penney.com and they advised me to call the Fayetteville store for a refund. I called the store and one of the associates told me she needed a supervisor to cancel the order and issue a refund. She told me she would call me the next day. The next day came and went with no return call. I called the store again and spoke to another associate that advised they could not refund an item that has not arrived at the store. The Fayetteville store and customer service did not offer any assistance to try to track the order. Customer service advised me to call the store and the store advised me to call customer service. I called customer service again and the representative placed a ticket on the item and advised it would take 7 to 10 business days for the refund. Fur this reason, my shopping days at JC Penney are over. Horrible customer service.
