This is not our first bad experience with Lowes delivery. They delivered a new steel front door that they knew was damaged. They took pics to document. I've had to call lowes for pros several times about a redelivery and NOTHING NADA ZILCH. I called my cc to dispute the payment and try to get the door replaced.

Service was ok when you looking for appliances be aware that you might have to order from the warehouse because they don't have inventory.

The store has no customer service at all. Most of the employees are young without any type of experience. They made a mistake on a return and laughed. The manager on duty wasn't much better.

There's no sale associate on the floor to help you, and when you get one, they seem clueless. The military discount sucks. It's just on limited items. Way to stick it to the Military Lowe's

This store has no business in Fayetteville. It’s has a bunch on unprofessional young kids working for them that lack customer services. I went in on 12/23 to place a rather large order. It started with ordering customize color paints, while asking the associate to help me which he did and in the process of helping me chose colors when his former associate walked in. He looked at me, gave me back my swatches and stated hold these i be right back my former coworker is here and I need to go say hi to her. He left me standing in the middle of the aisle with the material while he went and had a conversation with her fire about 15 minutes. After my paint was mixed, we went to the customer service to check out. While checking out a young lady who remained watching Tic Tok on her phone gave me very little attention as she was distracted by her phone. I had to order idea online to be delivered to the store for pick which was placed. it wasn’t until a few days later i noticed I haven’t received any notification such as tracking inform for my site to store order. After researching the order was placed under the under number. Impossible when she repeatedly asked me for it and had me write it down. So it was possible when she was so distracted by her phone. Still after calling this store being past around from associate to associate 5 x someone was finally was able to answer the phone and look up my order. Still was given the incorrect information about the status of my order after a week of ordering and was told it would ready for pick up Dec 30th. MGR assured me it would be ready for p/u 1/1. Called to confirm 12/31 pick transferred 4 times bc they didn’t see my order under the phone or order #, The Mgr was able to find is and confirm the Vendor cut the PO and the items should be there 1/6. That’s a big jump from was said to me when I first placed the order on 12/23…… This was a sad frustrating experience with this store… Went to Home Depot and received a totally different experience…….

I have been checking out window replacement on YouTube and thought I would do one at a time so went to the Fayetteville store a little after noon today. After looking at windows for awhile finally a young sales associate walks by and I asked if anyone was working windows today. He mumbled something walked away but came back a few minutes later. I just wanted to ask a couple of questions and he looked unenthusiastic but I ask how long the turnaround if I ordered a window. He said 2 weeks minimum and something about how many I order. Maybe it being Sunday or something but he gave me a bad feeling. I need 18 windows but not from here. I am done with this store or anyone who treats customers like they are a pain.

Very rude guy in their appliance section. His names starts with a Z and he’s a total jerk! Acts real disrespectful, rude and makes it clear that actual paying customers bother him. The jerk works in that department so you would think he would actually make time to answer questions without the tons of sarcasm! I would avoid this ghetto location at all costs! Management is lackluster too. Probably explains the lack of training from the jerk on the clock!

I'm having renovations done and needed to get more tile, light fixture and an exhaust fan, after shopping at Floor and Decor I didn't see anything that matched what I already have so I came to Lowe's. There weren't many people in there and I'm not a weak Chick but needed a utility knife to cut the strap that was holding the boxes of tile together. I see a young black girl coming from the back asked if she could get someone to assist or if she had a box cutter in her smock, she left to find someone never to be seen again. As I wait I see a young white guy wearing glasses come from the back, asked him the same question he left to find someone never to be seen again, very frustrated I purchased a light fixture and left. Guess what? I returned to see if maybe they found someone to assist. Yeah right! The two employees who previously disappeared could be seen chilling on the paint aisle. I brought my own box cutter and was able to load 8 boxes of tile without assistance.

I love this store. Friendly staff. I have had help trying to figure out exactly what I need. Keep in mind, there isn't an employee waiting at each aisle to assist But when I need help I can always get it. The store is huge so I can't expect every employee to know exactly where everything is. I will often check store inventory before heading to the store. Inventory and location of the product is listed with the product on line.

I always find something at this store. I frequent the garden center for their discounted plants. It make me feel like a kid in a candy store. Staff is very personable
