I went back and forth in my mind on whether I was going to make a post. I decided I needed to warn others about this location of Maaco. From beginning to end, I was giving nothing but false promises. I had to go through 3 different managers and regional supervisors to get my truck painted correctly. I replaced the doors on my vehicle to cut down on restoration costs and the painters took off my chrome handles and took the the new speakers out the doors and replaced them with the old ones from the previous doors. I had to fight to get them back because the painter had taken them home. There were several sploches on my paint that looked like the finishing coat was never applied. I had to continue to follow up with this location several times to get my truck back in the shop to fix all the issues I continued to have. Each manager told me to trust them and they would take care of it. Each manager had their own set of issues I had to deal with. In the end my truck is finally painted and restored properly but GEESSHH!

These guys at the Fayetteville location did a great job on my wife car. They actually know how to paint. by the way these people took over from the last group that use to be there. Thank GOD

Amazing experience from start to finish!
Store Manager Milena was absolutely AWESOME! Great customer service & personality, and kept us updated throughout the process. When the color we selected didn’t seem quite right, Vinicius (paint technician) stepped in with idea to paint a front panel a slightly different shade to see if we liked it better (which we did). Talk about “above and beyond” service! The entire team worked together to ensure we were very satisfied.
We picked up our car today (2002 Camry) and, as you can see by pictures (on Yelp review) it looks nothing like a 23 year old car- but looks brand new.
Bottom line… we would definitely use Maaco Fayetteville again.

This place is a fraud the Price online says a different but when you go into the store they charge over $2,000 for a basic paint job. Online it says you can get a basic paint job for $599 this false advertisement. I will reporting this place. Please do not go to this place they are committing fraud.

I can see why they have bad reviews . Walked in today for an appointment that was scheduled at 9 by my adjuster to be told that they don’t see an appointment or that nobody had called them yet i had a confirmation email . The lady at the front came off very rude , dry and seemed prejudiced . I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere ! Then she lied and said the estimate is $45 but it clearly states online that it’s free . Do better you guys shouldn’t be in business !

I couldn’t have been more pleased with the way I was treated by Staff at the Fayetteville, GA Maaco. Tommy, the district manager opened the store the morning I was there. He assured me that his people could perform the work I needed at the level I expected! 👍. I dropped my truck off on Wednesday morning and picked it up Friday afternoon… just like Tommy promised. Sounds silly but I made a couple of friends at the Fayetteville Maaco! I can’t recommend them highly enough!

The rating is because the price was 3k, and I found painters tape in every wheel well and under the car. I also found paint inside the wheel well and on the bottom of my car and my black struts have white paint on them now. They also did not even paint the rear panel of my car, which is black, the over all color of my car is white. The front bumper of my car had a dent and it appears that they tried to fill in the dent and paint over it. The dent is still noticeable. I guess my expectations were high, for this job and I should have not expected reasonable work. I would not recommend this branch, if your expecting reasonable work. They also installed a spoiler on my car and it looked to be not flush but crooked. I had to have the spoiler removed and reinstalled by another company. It is what it is, I will not be going back there nor will I recommend anyone else to go there.

Came in for an estimate and no one was in the lobby. I waited about 10 minutes and heard some arguing/yelling from the back so I decided to go elsewhere. Not sure what was going on but I didn’t wait around to find out. 😬

The paint and paint quality is great. Looks great and I'm happy with the work they put in.
The only part I'm unhappy with is when they removed my doors for painting, they cut all the power wires instead of removing the door panel and unplugging the wires. Now I have a power window that doesn't go down, and a door lock that doesn't lock. I should have tested all doors and windows when I picked up my vehicle.

Maaco Morrow and Maaco Fayetteville did an excellent job repairing my car within a reasonable timeframe. Their communication throughout the process was clear and professional.

I am very satisfied and pleased with the work done to my car. I brought my car in for rust repair/repaint and now it looks brand new! I have a 2010 Nissan Altima and those cars rust easily. Now, after using Maaco, I couldn't be happier. The price was very reasonable and the customer service at the Fayetteville location was top tier.
