Worst McDonald’s experience ever. I don’t advise anyone to order there if Tasha is still you guys “Manager”. That attitude of her belong elsewhere not in Fayetteville Georgia. She needs to be removed or trained the proper way of communicating with customers that pays.

great service ! just went today to grab a meal as I waited for my car to be done at the Midas tire shop and the atmosphere was friendly ! i was greeted, serviced perfectly, fed, and left with a smile!

This place almost always gets the order wrong. Last time I went they didn’t know if I had a drink or not and then left out the two double cheeseburgers. The last time my partner went they were “out of quarter pounder meat” and forgot items again.

They stop serving whenever they feel like it. We got there 25 minutes before close and they refused to serve us.

I ordered a Filet-o-Fish meal. Fries were great, this was the cheese on the sandwich.. lol...I always order mobile and pay, and there is one lady in there who is nice and very good. But Filet-o-Fish is not a cheap sandwich. Why the 1/4 piece of cheese not even centered??

So I am changing my review from 1 star to 5. They have definitely gotten new management and this woman definitely cares. I am very satisfied with watching her work hard to make sure things are running smoothly and fixing issues. Also the employees there now seem to care and are nice. I really appreciate the professionalism there now.

i’m honestly not sure which mcdonald’s i went to in fayetteville but a young employee with blonde locs named javelle (or jamel?) was very sweet to me and my family of women after a rough day. provided excellent customer service and attended to our needs. also fries were very salty and yum ?

When I pulled up to the drive through, there was one car finishing ordering and drove around to the window. This was the ONLY other car. I sat at the speaker for what seemed like an eternity, while several cars lined up behind me and also at the other speaker. The female working the drive through finally said in a very quiet voice, "I'll be with you in a minute". I continued to wait. FINALLY, she took my order, which I had to repeat twice before she got it correct. When I pulled around to the window to pay, I heard a voice coming in over a phone and saw that she had her phone propped up in front of her register screen and she was facetiming with a male. She was smiling at him and having her conversation with no concern with the line of customers waiting. Employees should NEVER be allowed to have a phone when working the register. Not only can this blatant disregard for customers take place, but they can also use their phone to take photos of customer's credit cards. She should be fired. It was 10:24-ish on Monday, Feb 12th. I will not return to this McDonald's.

I ordered my meal online for the points. At this McDonald’s when I pull up to the drive-through, which is the only way you can get into this McDonald’s as the doors are always locked day and night from what I have experienced, I had to wait at least through four minutes for anyone to even respond till I finally said hello and someone answered me, I gave them my drive-through number code, and when I pulled up to the window it wasn’t ready so we waited a few minutes and then she told me to pull ahead by the door where I proceeded to wait for at least 15 minutes for my order, which never came out. If I had not already prepaid, I would’ve left. I drove around to the pick up window again. There was a long line of cars and I told her did you forget about me? She asked me what my order was and told me to pull ahead and then it came out within the next few minutes. The burger was burnt. The bun was definitely reheated and I will not be going back to that McDonald’s. I think the management needs to be looked at as every time I’ve gone to this location there has been some sort of issue. I gave it four chances. This was the last chance.
