LMFAO if I could rate lower than ONE star I would. It’s crazy that I’m even having to write this review when I’m NOT even a customer shopping there. The time was 4:55pm today (6/29/24) and I’m sitting in MY car placing a mobile order for Dairy Queen..mind you I’m NO where near where their curb side orders would even be . I’m at the end of the parking lot right across from Dairy Queen…a worker walks up to my car and I was thinking she was going to tell me I couldn’t park here or something, I wasn’t really sure what she was about to say. I roll my window down and she proceeds to say “park closer next time, here you go” with an attitude and I was like “oh, no..I don’t have an order for you guys..I’m just sitting here placing an order for Dairy Queen “ . Her response was “oh” and she just walked off…no “my apologies” , “my mistake” or anything. To sum it up don’t get smart with me cause YOU can’t find a car ..maybe organize things better so y’all wouldn’t have this problem because I’m not even near a curbside pick up parking spot. I would hate to be an ACTUAL customer here with that attitude and let’s just say she better be glad I’m hungry and that she went ahead and walked off ?.

This store was really nice actually, a lot of arts and crafty type stuff and I came here with the intent to be able to create something that could go behind a projector screen that I bought. They had great materials for that. The price is for it is truly affordable. More than I expected as my mother mentioned.

This store is clean and well organized and despite its size, isn’t packed with a lot of merchandise.
Luckily, I shopped online and was there just to pick up. My order was not ready when I arrived because I showed up before receiving my “it’s ready for pick up” email. So I had to wait a while for them to assemble my purchased items.
The manager seemed a lot annoyed with the whole thing but…Off to crafting I go.

I'm a tad bit disappointed with Michael's for their lack of supplies and the cost of what they do have. I went for silk flowers and they all looked like funeral arrangements. Yeah, I'm disappointed with Michael's.
