I can’t rave enough about this place!! I always assumed small print shops would be more expensive than staples or somewhere similar, but I was wrong!! Not only was the price amazing, the service was quicker & friendlier, and the quality was FAR superior. So happy I found this place! It’s also veteran owned & operated. Minuteman has a new loyal customer!! And I will absolutely be telling everyone I know.

I placed an order on Friday, Nov 7th for the same day pick up. After receiving my order and payment, my order was cancelled by them. I was promised my refund but it still hasn't been processed. No further communication was received from MinuteMan Press regarding this matter despite me reaching out. Having my print job cancelled by them was frustrating enough. Having to chase after getting a refund isn't right. I spent more than $1,000.

I called with a random idea at 2:00 and had them printed and in hand two hours later! Fantastic customer service and they were easy to get on the phone each time I called. The product turned out great too. Highly recommend!

Melissa and her team are amazing! They have done all of my marketing materials and merch. They are fast and they listen to what you need, I highly recommend using them!!

The owner Luke is very rude and unprofessional, and this isn’t the first time. Save yourself the trouble and just drive up the street to PTC and go to a nicer print shop. I would expect more from a “Veteran”.

I received what I thought was an impossible request to get some cards printed on very short notice. I called Minuteman Press here in Fayetteville, GA, to see if they could rush my project, and I spoke with Luke.
I made the call at 10:47 AM, Luke called me back at 11:11 AM with a solution. He guided me through the approval process via email, and now I'm heading there to pick up my prints, the ones I thought couldn’t be done.
You can NEVER go wrong with Minuteman Press in Fayetteville, GA. Exceptional service, fast turnaround, and professionalism at its best!

I really gotta say that Luke, Warren and Melissa really came through! I had an issue with the my order proof and they fixed quickly, on the spot with a smile. They also got my order (which was pretty big) done a day ahead of schedule. I could not be more satisfied with the quality of the product and their customer service. I will definitely be sending more business their way and using them again!

I use them for all of my media print needs. They are professional and personable. One time recently an order I needed for an event was not going to be in time for the event, so they offered to do an alternative free of charge without me even asking. That kind of service is not common anymore. Plus I absolutely the products they've created for me! I really appreciate this local gem and will continue to order from them.

I am so sorry Rex sold this company to Luke. I have been dealing with Rex and his wife since 2022. I learned about the new company around April 2nd or 3rd of this year when I asked for quotes for an A frame, 2 banners, and window graphics. A few weeks later I received and paid the quote for the A frame. After a few weeks, I received the proof on May 6th, and I was concerned about the amount of writing listed so I sent a reply. I finally called today to confirm receipt, then Luke said he doesn't know if it can be seen from the road. Because I have spent over a couple of thousands with them, I have been there and know he has an A frame. So I asked if he had one in front of his store and if the font would be the same. I suggest if I can come there to see the font, which was previously suggested by his employee. He asked if I assumed he would print it out. I said, I don't know what the procedure is, but I am trying to figure something out. He then said they spent too much time on it. Well I don't know if he mixed me up with someone else but it has been no communication. I then told him I called 3 times asking for the revised banner quotes so I can make a payment and a quote for the window graphics. I have yet to receive anything. He then was so rude and nasty, then said he's not giving me my money back and he was going to hang up on me, which he did. I spent a lot of money there and sent a few of my clients as well. I miss Rex and I am no longer dealing with them.
In response to Luke reply - He lied, all lies. I did not change anything, I asked one question if the one graphic, which was an overlay of my existing flyer would be seen from the road. No changes were made. I would like to see the 22 emails or the 22 emails from me to him asking for an update. All lies. Tell the truth. I am still waiting for my refund.
