I had to swing by on a Friday ? As expected it was super busy. The bankers were able to assist customers from the teller line. That is awesome and it made the time go by faster. I was cashing a HELOC check and the banker was quick and gave me cash. I work for a bank and we are not able to do that as bankers. I will definitely go back to this location.

Need diversity at this location to many employees talking and laughing with each other than seeing customers . The line was out the door and three are employees in their cubicle not calling names ?.

This is one of the worst banking experiences that I've experienced in a long time super long wait times inadequate amount of staff staff seems to be well trained just not enough staff to cover the amount of people that show up on a day-to-day basis if you don't have a lot of time I would suggest you go somewhere else

My favorite major bank this Pacific location was the quickest and easiest location for me. Personally, I can't on a Saturday around midday. Normally the other locations in the Stockbridge area is super full and the line is wrapped around. The one in Fayetteville though it is smaller. I have received better service at that location I need to get changed for large bills. They did it immediately I didn't even have to show my member card.

This location is the worst. Poor customer service. This location need an additional customer service class. Management needs to be fired especially the assistant manager.

This is by far the WORSE location I have ever been to. The employees are horrible rude and slow. I sat for almost two hours just to be seen. I have never received this type of service at any other location. The set I received including being skipped in line almost made be despised the bank and the brand as a whole. I even considered switching banks. I can definitely say I will NEVER come back to this location. The staff needs major training in customer service and in quality cause this is highly unacceptable. What really made me upset I had to call out of work due to the slowness the employee possessed.

Great customer service & quick . I was there in line before they opened . Maybe the 6th person in line . Came to get a cashiers check . Was in & out in 10-15 minutes.

I waited 45 minutes to get money out of my own account!! Only 2 cashiers to top it off a baby cried for 45 minutes a long line going around the building! I see why they haven’t change anything because of the type of clientele they bring let it be buckhead !

All ATMs down and line out the door for a teller at 10 am. Every single time I have to deposit money this is the experience at this location. Unbelievable!

It always take so long here, the service is nonchalant inconsiderate and alot of time wasted, while employees sit around, doing nothing but on their phone or either walking around, reading other reviews and reading how the "the owner responds" is even more ridiculous with that copy paste answer, I SUGGEST YALL CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE KEEP COMPLAINING TO THEM BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY THE OWNER DOESN'T CARE TO RESOLVE THESE ISSUES AND WERE LOYAL CUSTOMERS ARE THE REASON THIS CREDIT UNION IS OPEN, EMPLOYEES NOT PLEASING CUSTOMERS FIRE THEM ALL AND START FRESH NAVY FEDERAL HAS ENOUGH MONEY AND CONNECTIONS TO DO SO, WHY DO NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMERS COMPLAINTS BUT RESPOND WITH A COPY PASTE ANSWER SMH RIDICULOUS

The worst navy federal in the history of navy federal’s that I’ve ever been to in the many years I have been a member. There’s always only 1 or 2 cashiers and it’s a lot of customers standing around. It takes way too long to be helped in here. This is not how it should be. I should be in and out. Nobody wants to walk in a bank and be standing around for 30 minutes to get some money out of their account.

Fayetteville location is the worst. There are agents sitting at there desk doing nothing and while customers packed in the lobby and in teller lines waiting for service. This location needs to be shut down. The president of this company needs to come and see how badly the customers are being treated. I didn't get no service and mobile app can't help me. If you want us to depend on mobile app, close the locations
