So I picked up an order from this location. When I picked up the box, garlic butter poured all over me and everything in the order. After that one of the employees cracked a joke about how I'm gonna smell like garlic butter all day.....I dropped the order off and got looked at like the person was informed it was my fault that IM the one that put a fully open butter garlic sauce in the pizza box and sealed it....I will filing a complaint. Would not recommend this place.

After placing an order online, I retrieved my items. After looking at the quality of the pizza, I contacted the store and inquired about the recipe - my pizza looked thin and did not have the "PAPA JOHNS CRUST". The associate apologized and stated that it was due to how he prepared the dough, he then placed me on hold. Shortly after, PATRICK answered the phone. I explained my disdain, and he stated, "HE DOESN'T HAGGLE WITH CUSTOMERS." I asked his position, and he stated that he was the manager of 5 locations, and that I could bring the item back, but that he doesn't "HAGGLE WITH CUSTOMERS". I explained that I would be unable to return, due to the bad weather, and he reiterated his stance. I informed him that I bypass other locations because I've always received quality food, and top-notch customer service from this location. He lacked concern, and continued to overtalk me condescendingly - I told him he must, "do better". Do I really have to consider driving in a storm to replace a $7 pizza? I understand that hiring and sustaining quality workers is problematic in today's society, but Patrick lacks the skill set of a manager - my dissatisfaction is not worth his "NO" or $7.

They need to hire more staff or shut the place down. I placed an order it said it would be 30-45 minutes. After two hours I drove there to see if I can pick my food up instead of them delivering to my not so surprise there were more than 30 people inside waiting for orders. I canceled and was still billed still haven’t received my refund will be following up with corporate.

We came here on Saturday night, it was very busy, there was a lady at the front counter her name was Deanna, she was nice and polite, some people were very rude to her but she gave stellar customer service, worked hard to get all the orders out while answering the phones ringing non stop. She deserves a award for the hard work and giving everyone great service. Thank you, We will be back to this location!

Ordered from there and when we checked the app, there didn't seem to be any progress, so we called after an hour thinking something was wrong. We were told by a very frustrated woman that they were 75 orders behind and that they were moving as fast as they could. That's fine and I get it. An hour later, we called back and we were told that our pizza was just put in the oven and it would be about 8 minutes. Another hour passes, no pizza, and were at 3 hours after having ordered. At this point, my family and I are about to go to sleep, so we just want a refund. We call one more time to ask to cancel the order and they say that the pizza is done and they're just waiting for the delivery driver. I express that i'm going to sleep and would rather just have the refund at this point. Instead of just giving it to me, they decided to kind of fight me at this point. First they say that they can't do a refund, which I knew wasn't true, then they try to offer me a voucher instead, which I'm not interested in. I think it's reasonable to want a refund after your pizza has taken over 3 hours to reach you, so they had no business fighting me on this. I wasn't that upset unitil that point. They eventually processed my refund, but not without me having to hold my ground and demand it.

I came here for a pizza The Assistant Manager Ryan was not pleasant at all. He was very aggressive towards a Woman co worker yelling and screaming at her. After seeing this I decided to not buy a pizza.

I am from Fayetteville and have gone here for years. The service has gone down! I placed my order on the app and my boyfriend picked up the pizza. When I took a bite into the pizza I noticed a long dark hair backed into my garlic parm crust. I called the store and loveD the service from the young man who answered the phone (the only reason why the service is two stars).When the phone was passed to the male manager he was immediately aggressive and defensive as he tells me to bring the pizza back to the store. Which I was more than happy to do!

Ordered almost 3hours ahead of time they were extremely late and when calling was on hold for forever and then the manager was completely condescending your poor planning isn't up to me I do take into account you are busy but your poor planning for a weekend is not up to me waiting a crazy amount of time as well as receiving cold food without or sauces that we paid extra for is outlandish and then being spoken to as of I am nothing is out of line we will not be ordering again. No wonder you are doing terrible business which we will take elsewhere
