I gave this location one star only because I wanted to leave a review, otherwise they wouldnt.of gotten any. I arrived at this location at 10:58am, the door was open so my husband and I started toward the register, only to be told they open at 11am. We returned to our truck and then went back inside at 11:10, only to told to give them 10 more minutes to get up and running. Mind you they open at 11:00. We came back at 11:25 now the doors are locked and you have to go through the drive thruIt's now 12:00 and we still havent gotten our food. God is still working on me. Im very upset and will be contacting corporate amd anyone else that I needs to know.

Went to Popeyes ordered two chicken meals and ask for red beans and rice and did not get red beans and rice and their excuse was there's a lot of things going on. Stay away from this store it

We always buy Popeyes chicken either with rice and definitely their large fries in a box. Nothing beats those fries. In most cases, two sides of our choice come with the order. The sweet heat crowns it off. Never forget to get your sweet heat. I do not buy any other chicken on the go, but popeyes. Popoyes does have some really busy days, though. They should consider hiring additional employees to carry the food to the client with large orders and are waiting in the parking area instead of using the customer service agents. Popeyes lines seem to be always long, but we wait anyway.

They are the worst..Customer service? What customer service..spell it.. The food is the only thing keeping them afloat. This place needs a major overhaul in professional people skills. The cashier is fabulously improper and will argue at will and choose to be disrespectful even with the managers, which are either used to her mouth and ignore it at will and let her get away with speaking to customers any type of way. Well we know where she'll be 20 years from now. I think I'll try another location or are all Popeye's this way? I should hope not...

This Popeyes has great food, but the customer service is TERRIBLE here. Every time I go here they never provide me with a receipt for my food(because they don’t have receipt paper), the workers always have a bad attitude and are not very welcoming, my order is always wrong, you’ll have to wait in the drive-thru line for a minimum of 30 minutes, going inside is no different. The last time I ordered, they told me to pull to the front, they brought my order out 35 minutes later, after telling me the wait would only be 10 minutes. Management and teams may need additional training or new staff.

The food is always good, but they always get my orders wrong and I have to call the store manager and she has to redo my order. Other than that it will be fine if the line wouldn't be so long. I do lunch and dinner.

I would give it a zero if I could. This location has really gone downhill. The person at the window dropped my food while handing it to me and kept blaming me for not catching it. The manager at this location is also rude. It is sad that when you are spending your money that you have to have such a negative experience at a business. I have read on other FB groups for Fayetteville how bad this location is, and now I, too, have experienced it. It is super slow and unprofessional. Smh.

BE PREPARED TO WAIT IN LINE A MINIMUM OF 45 MINS , no exaggeration! They lock the doors midday so you can’t go inside in order. Once you get to the window MAKE SURE to check your food bc there’s a 90% chance you’re missing something or the order is incorrect.
