I came to get a wash on Tuesday 6.21.2022 and was asked to come back on another day due to the weather being extremely hot. I arrived this morning,6.23.2022, and asked if I could get a wash and low and behold, the devil himself appeared. The man with a blue shirt on and wearing a “doo-rag” yelled and cursed me out and asked, “why didn’t I clean the inside of my car out.” He did not say “good morning” or asked what I would be getting done to my vehicle. He was very rude and nasty. I should’ve called the Fayetteville Police because I feared for my life all over trying to get my car washed and cleaned up for the weekend. I told him I didn’t need his services because of his nasty/rude attitude and left his property. I came next door to Wash n Wash and they welcomed me with a smile and did an excellent job on my Toyota. Please take your vehicle to Wash n Wax for Great Service!!

My car was dropped off to be detailed when I picked my car up they had not shampooed my carpet they had not cleaned my interior worst job I could have ever gotten I would not take my dirty dog here I could not even tell that they waxed my carServices: Vacuuming

Rude, dishonest and very disrespectful. I called ahead to see if they had the room and time for a horse trailer. They said they did and to come on up. I hooked up horse trailer and drove all the way there. Unhooked and asked when I should come back to pick up, he said oh I'm not Gunna get to it today. Just leave it here. I told him I wasn't comfortable leaving it unhooked without a hitch lock over night(property is not fenced in or protected). He said that's fine just bring it back tomorrow and that I should call in a little bit to find out what time. When I called back, the lady said "he don't wanna do it anymore since you took it, so don't come back" and hung up the phone. I was embarrassed and confused so I called back and was forwarded to voicemail. When I tried again, the man answered and said "he don't need my service and I wanted it done, I should have left it", the same man who understood my concerns with leaving it overnight unlocked and said to bring it back tomorrow, the same man who when I called originally said he could do it today and come on up(I was there in 20 minutes from end of phone call). All in all a horrible experience from a very rude, unprofessional staff. Now that I have seen how quickly they fall back on their word, I would not recommend ever leaving your vehicle there unattended if you do go. The entire situation is just very unnerving now....almost as if the "needed" the trailer to stay overnight, unlocked....
