If you ever used Kroger to fill your prescriptions then you would be like me and definitely love going to the pharmacy at Publix. I've never encountered anybody rude or acting like they didn't care

Some of the staff are so rude it makes you wonder if the person in charge of this department is even qualified to do their job.

Quite often they cannot feel your prescription on the first day!! You often have to wait several days to get a prescription filled. Their main claim is that they don't have the medicine from their suppliers. This is inconvenient and problematic for the customer.

Rx called in by provider around 10:30a and message left on voice-mail as pharmacy did not open until 11a on Sunday. Told at 11:30a it was not received. Called again at 1:34p and was put on hold as voice-mail had not been checked AT ALL (conversation heard amongst employees). Was told it would be ready by 2:30p. Showed up at 2:40p and was told to give them "5 minutes". Come to find out the medication was not available at this store. Thank you, Jared, pharmacy tech for searching surrounding area for a publix that had the med available. This is why I edited to score to 2 stars instead of 1.

Terrible customer service in deli. Employees complaining about amount of online orders. Out of lettuce and not willing to open more. Moved so slow. Not a single smile or good interaction with ladies making subs.

Slow to fill prescriptions and slow checking out customers. Not very friendly at all in person or by phone. I’d rate 2 stars but given that all of the other pharmacies in Fayetteville have similar problems or worse, 3 feels average.

My only complaint is lack of check out employees. Self-checkout doesn't compensate since I don't work for publix.

I left Georgia to retire in Florida over 5 years ago I have been going to that Publix for over 10 years friendly staff great people no problems but when you cross at Georgia Florida Line everything's different it appears that Florida has a drug problem and they want to make it everybody problem with it ain't my damn problem Publix is my place but not in Florida
