I visited Rack Room Shoes because I needed lightweight hiking shoes for an upcoming trip. First, the store is understaffed. Second, the staff person did not greet me. Lastly, the second staff person that came from the stock room just followed me and pretended to stock the floor. So I left. I didn't bother purchasing anything and won't go back.

Great variety on shoes. We shopped for Crocs today. Service was okay.
