This bank is so slow taking care of customers. I usually go through drive thru. Almost every time it takes at least 10 minutes to get waited on. The employees are nice. You don’t have enough help. Today the drive thru had 3 cars waiting. I went inside and only two employees working the front and the drive thru. One lady in office with a customer. Two people being helped and 1 in front of me. They finally helped one in drive thru while still waiting on the other 2 inside. I saw the rest of the cars in the drive thru drive off. I NEVER have this problem with the bank in Newnan at Thomas Crossroads.

Used this location twice & both times it has been quick and easy! Super friendly staff. Although I live closer to the Morrow location I refuse to go back there as it is so unorganized and such a long wait BUT the Fayetteville location is so organized and friendly!

Hassled me about why my check was written out in two different color inks. Absolutely pathetic bank! I closed my account and strongly recommend you don't do business with them!

I love my regions bank they are very friendly and helpful. No one is perfect, but this is my experience. This is why I tell all my friends about regions bank i got some to join and the others still thinking about it?. PLUS i can use my regions card anywhere in the world.?If I have a problem I call them and they get right on it. Thanks regions.

They seem to be a level-headed bank they work with you on issues of checks and so on and so forth in the people are friendly

I will be closing both my personal and business accounts. I have never had more time wasted by a bank than my experience with Regions. When I opened my accounts...man did they roll out the red carpet. Then 2020, covid and a new start up burned through the account and all of a sudden I'm a dead beat. I can't get help unless I want to sign up to waste literally hours of my time. 1 issue took 4 hours over 5 phone calls to get the situation rectified. The most common phrase you will hear from a Regions Customer Service...."I apologize for your experience, unfortunately there is not anything I can do".

Great customer service !!! Went into branch and spoke with Charlie. Very informative about the different accounts that I may be interested in and was very delightful during the whole process.. I would recommend anyone to go into this branch and ask to speak directly to Mr. Charlie... I know I just made him my personal banker because good customer service is hard to find now and days...Thanks Charlie

Horrible customer service. I made a CASH deposit. It took 4 days for it to go through BUT then it was immediately taken BACK out. I spoke with the branch manager Katina Williams who said she would have my money back in my account by the end of day and blew it off to computer error.
