This store was clean & well stock with products, tools. The staff was absolutely fantastic, they engagement help to assist with my needs. Awesome store, great staff, well stocked, clean & I highly recommend this location!

I walked into the store today and stood at the register for 5 mins while the employees just continued to stock the shelves. They didn’t say we’ll be with you in a moment or acknowledge me so I will take my business elsewhere.

Me and my mother were here earlier this morning. The cashier, a black woman with short white hair, was giving my mother dirty looks thru the entire transaction ( I assume because my mother was using two cards). When I went up behind my mother to make sure everything was okay, I accidentally bumped into a display they had on the counter (I have an equilibrium problem, so I lose my balance quite regularly) she then proceeded to give me a dirty look. I put everything back that fell (it didn’t fall on the floor simply shifted on the counter making the product fall on the display, nothing was in the floor) it was a simple solution really. I come to this store quite frequently for hair color and this is one of the worse interactions with a worker I’ve had thus far! It’s really gone down over the years!!!

Me n my daughter were here just this morning , the cashier , a black women with really short white hair was on phone we were literally waiting for her to check us out but she was not bothered , and then while on the phone she started ringing our products which wouldn’t reflect on the screen outside as it was showing us the previous transaction which was already been paid using a Visa card , she asked us to pay that same amount , wen we told her this is not wat we purchased , she got really mad the total for the previous purchase was $ 55and some change. We told her to cancel the transaction n start all over again she started arguing and then she finally did that and my total came up to $35. She had no courtesy to apologize or own her mistake. I m a regular at this store but this was the worst experience.*Miss DM don’t call your employee wen they are all by themselves at the store and talk to them for an hour wen u can obviously here that she is attending to a customer.

cashier angela is rude and unprofessional. i had to call the police because i caught her taking a pictur of my card info. the police informed me i would need to cancel my debit card. by the time i made it home and contacted my bank 3 charges was made! i called sally's headquarters they offered a gift card instead of firing this thief!! please avoid this sally's

Don't get tricked into getting a Sally's credit card like I did. The cashier kept asking me in there did I want to apply to see if I'm approved. I said no over and over then finally I said yes. Big Mistake..she said oh you're approved for $250.00 I said cool. She said ok do you can go get $50 work of items. I said no that's ok because I don't need that much stuff I only buy nail polish and mechanical eye liner. I gave her $20 she gave me back change I left. Weeks later I get a bill for the same $16.71 that I already paid for. Wth going on. Did she still my money Idk but I never received a card and the card on the receipt isn't the card I was approved for. Don't nobody in the store know who card it is. The manager don't know how to put the money back on this invisible card. I returned the items. I don't have anything but a bill still. What can I do about this. She's trying to give me a give card for what I returned and told me to pay the bill. Nope I don't want anything else from that store. This happened October 17th 2021

You can really tell how underpaid the staff here is by the fact that they really would rather stay their desk at the front of the store instead of actually help customers

My experience here was beyond amazing thanks to Ashley and Christina. They were the best with helping me with the products I need to find that can only be found at Sally’s. I felt so helped. I really do appreciate them. They are educated on the products and very helpful. They informed of things I needed to know when dying my hair. Especially Ashley on how to dye it. I would def suggest them on some corporate jobs. Give those ladies raises!!! They deserve it. Sally’s Beauty made a great choice by hiring them. I didn’t feel like a bother, I felt very much appreciated because of how attentive and helpful they are. Thank you thank you Ashley and Christina.
