Looks nice but whoever answers the phone in cosmetics, if they do, doesn't have the best telephone demeanor either time that I've called regardless of the time of year. Sometimes I just bypass this location altogether to go to peachtree city instead.

No customer service what so ever. Never even said hello.Too busy putting on her makeup and chatting with friends. Will never walk in this store again!Don’t waste your time. Go to the Peachtree city store!!!If I could rate it a zero, I would have!!

I purchased products for more than 200$ and I am a vip member for past many year just I asked was a bag Bcoz all this product I buy was for a Christmas gift lady said she can only give me 2 bags ? Mam I am not asking extra bags I am just asking bags for the product I purchased from you and you can’t dumped all products in one bag for me I requested her latest give me 2 more she was really rude as if I am asking stuff for free I don’t understand if the customer buy separately are you not going to give them in a bag so why can’t give me I was really disappointed never going back to this location

Wonderful experience visiting this location. I was immediately greeted by Store Associate- Bryan. He was exceptionally kind, went over the specific products I came in to purchase and answered any and all of my questions. Truly great customer service!

They have the worst customer service!They have you standing around waiting- and say NOTHING!! Then after waiting they don’t even have what you need in stock. District managers come check on your store and see for yourself!!

Went in looking for a particular product, they didn't have it, not a problem.. However, this being my first time in a Sephora I had high expectations for customer service. The petite, older black lady with very short hair and the younger Hispanic lady were both equally unhelpful and had bad dispositions overall (mentioning for descriptive purposes, not race related).. I am by no means finicky/difficult and I have a pleasant demeanor so maybe they were just tired and ready to get off, I don't know. I don't expect a parade but customer service is everything.. Will continue patronizing the Peachtree City Ulta instead.

They didn’t have what I wanted in stock. Neither did she offer to order it online. There’s no good service given. It’s also a bummer that this location doesn’t provide full face make up. When you purchase over $50 they don’t offer that service to do your make up for free. Bummer!

Okay, so I came here with high expectations, but apparently when you go to a Sephora in a JC Penny's, you don't get the same experience. Although the salesperson was definitely friendly and as helpful as can be, I was unable to get my face done even with the purchase of quite a few items of makeup. As you can see in the picture attached to the review, multiple face services are offered including the Fenty face, which I expected after picking out Fenty products. Much to my surprise, after picking out a new Fenty shade since my summer color no longer matched, I was told that this location doesn't do any 15 minute faces and if I chose a 5 minute face, I would only get half of my face done. I decided to just purchase my foundation and leave. I know next time to go to a full Sephora. The upside is that they at least have the color matching tool to make choosing a shade easier.

My experience was very lovely(the evening weekend) staff were helpful. Especially one lovely brown young lady(so adorable) She assisted me right away...amiable..and charismatic. I enjoyed her service. I even bought an item just because.These girls stand out from the rest....especially the one young lady(superb) Customer service is of quality. Time...money wont b wasted. If your looking for a comfy Sephora...this is itThank u ladies.
