Called about a tire monitor sensor and talked to Adam. He answered my questions, courteously and professionally. I went over had the repair done promptly and the price was 30% less than what I had paid for the same repair previously.Very pleased… Thanks you Adam for doing your job well.

I can’t say enough about Southside Tire. They have multiple patches on my trailer tires when I get nails and screws. They have replaced my trailer tires and the tires on my truck. This week they expedited 2 tires for me, had them the same day. Their pricy, but I knew that. The price isn’t the issue, the service was on point!

I received excellent customer service. I went to have my tires rotated and balanced, and I had a slow leak in one of my tire due to a nail. Unfortunately, all 4 of my tires were in pretty bad shape due to some type of alignment issue. I had to end up getting a full set of new tires. The price was fair. I am glad that they were honest with me. It is best to be safe while driving.

I just had all four tires replaced on my Ford Transit, all of the associates were above and beyond respectful and it took them no time to have my tires replaced. I did have a low tire pressure message that didn’t go away at first so I took my van back the next day and they once again took great care of me and my vehicle and now the message is gone. 10/10 on customer service, will use again and would strongly recommend to friends and family. Thank you South Side Tire!

I mistakenly rates this business as poor. But since speaking with their representative, I may have issues deeper than an alignment and it was explained in a courteous and professional manner. I will take all our buses to this location for alignments, tires, and brakes.

This place used to be good until whatever transaction changed who runs the place. I purchased two sets of tires here in the past and was very happy with the service. But upon trying to buy a third set of tires last week, I realized that southside could care less to take my money. I will never try to get tires from here again. Anyone interested in a set of tires drive down the road another 5 minutes to Goodyear.

These guys are amazing, I stopped in just to have my tires checked and they came out right away even though they had a waiting room full of people, great job!

Sad to see that this outstanding local business has been sold. The good news is that the new owners are just as good.

I hate buying tires for our big van - always expensive and takes such a long time. But not anymore since I found Mask Tire Co in Fayetteville GA. This is a family owned and run tire-company that is honest as the day is long. I called up there to talk with someone and Joey (the owner's son) talked with me and answered all my questions. They are reliable and fast. We saved a good bit of money going here than other places and it seemed we were in-and-out in no time (less than 30min). They provide outstanding service and do have quality tires. It's nice to know I have a tire shop that I can trust. I highly recommend them to you. Mask Tire Co - good people with integrity.

I arrived at 11:00 today and was told they were busy and to come back in an hour. I came back at 12:00 and then they said to come back in an hour because they were out to lunch. I arrive a third time and I'm told that they don't have the right socket. Fairly standard spline socket but o.k. I go and buy the socket. I then ask them to use hand tools on my socket because it wasn't an impact socket. I was told "It won't come off without an impact wrench." If that's so then why do I have a spare tire with no impact gun???? Horrible experience. 4 hours total spent and my rotation is still not done.
