The manager had me to wait over 30 minutes just to not be able to assist me she gave me two options I chose one dealing with the printing department. She told me after sitting and waiting that I couldn’t get what I needed done. She then brushed me off I asked for the general manager number and her name she gave me just a first common name KEISHA. Unprofessional, Wasted Time, horrible service. Will never return to this location as long as she’s a SALE MANAGER. She just lost a customer

I came in today to get some printing done. Ceithan was very nice and helpful. So worth coming in. Making this my new home staples as I do travel.

The store manager took lots of time to help me with managing my Staples rewards app and account and assisted me with instore purchases and efficient checkout. She also helped me with reddeming several ink cartridges i had accumulated.

overpriced printing they charded $20 to print 23 pages if tou go leas than 1 mile down the street to office depot it only cost me under $5 or go to library its 10 cents a page . employee gad lack of knowledge on store products and pricing

the prices weren't posted so as to be easily visible, on clearance items there were not prices at all. However, it did look as though they might be doing inventory or something

Store is bright and clean, with a lot of different products. My local store just reorganized their product selection, so there were some great new things (art supplies), but couldn't find one item I was hoping to find.

This location needs new employees who actually like their jobs. The current employees act like they hate their jobs and act like the customers are a bother to them, especially the lady who does the printing. First, I placed an order online to be picked up. The site said my item would be ready that same day before 7:30pm. The order was not ready by then, so I called the store the next morning. The lady who I talked to had a bad attitude and was rude, when I asked about when the order would be ready. She stated in a very rude tone, " IT'S READY" as she said it in a loud and aggressive tone. So, I go to the store to pick the item up, she completely ignores me, for about 10 mins. Finally, she acknowledged my presence and asked me if I was a rewards member, I told her no and then she responded to me in a sarcastic tone, "TOO BAD". Staples must don't value their customers, if they hire employees like this. I will be taking my future business needs to Office Depot as they seem to value their customers.

If you need a large poster printed, do not use this location. I submitted an order for print and expected it to be completed the same day (as advertised). Well, once I arrived to pick up the poster, I was informed the print machine was down. The common courtesy of calling and informing customers to submit orders to another location would have been nice. This location is closer to my home than other locations, however, I can't trust that they will ensure my order is complete.Sincerely, an unhappy customer.P.S. I really needed the poster for an event I had the next day, that's why I was so upset.

I placed a print order before 1pm, I was told it was going to be ready in 2 hrs and half. I get there at 4:30pm wait in line just to be told that my order is not ready because the printer turned off and they did not notice . I am here trying to be patience but I don't see anyone to start working in the order.

I went for a TSA PreCheck appointment (which was closed with no warning from TSA) but the Staples employee faked offering help and instead tried to sell me on staples products, now I'll never come to this staples again. You need to know when it's appropriate to sell and when it's appropriate to say sorry I don't know good luck.

I recently visited Staples to pickup an online order. I went to the desk that said online pickup one cashier looked at me and went and took someone at their register. I was waiting and should have been serviced first. To the side there were three workers with red shirts standing talking none of them asked if I need assistance. After about 5 minutes I called to them and said excuse me I have an online order. One of the workers who was on the side told me to follow him. I guess the second desk for online orders was where I was supposed to go. It was a total lack of customer service.

Disappointing Experience with Unprofessional ServiceI recently visited this establishment and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The customer service provided by the agent named Violet in the print shop was subpar, to say the least. Not only did she have a bad attitude, but she also failed to provide me with my complete order during my first visit.Having to return to pick up the remaining items was a frustrating inconvenience that could have easily been avoided with better attention to detail and a more respectful attitude towards customers. As a result, my initial excitement for this place quickly turned into frustration and dissatisfaction.I believe that customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and the lack of professionalism displayed by Violet reflects poorly on the entire establishment. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues to ensure that other customers don't have to go through a similar disappointing experience.I would think twice before returning to this establishment until I see a notable improvement in their customer service and staff attitude. In the meantime, I would recommend potential customers to consider other options to avoid a similar unpleasant encounter.As a small business myself It's essential to provide honest and constructive feedback when writing a review to help others make informed decisions and to encourage the business to make necessary improvements.
