Had a phenomenal experience at this T-Mobile store. Kenneth was fantastic in helping my wife and I switch our service over to T-Mobile from Xfinity Mobile. Everyone in the store was extremely nice and helpful as well. Probably the best ive felt about joining a new phone provider in a long time. So long Xfinity mobile and your horrible customer service! Hello T-mobile ?

Worst customer service ever! This store and it's employees need training. I have been a T mobile customer for longer than 10 yrs, and the service is horrible! I keep getting misinformation and the representatives don't care.

Convenient location with great parking. , extremely knowledgeable staff. The young lady who helped me ; whom was from Savannah ,but I don't remember her name, make an awesome suggestion. Was patient with my questions and made me feel comfortable asking every single detail, which ultimately allowed me to get a better phone for maybe only 10 or $15 extra a month.

Went to the this store to get a new phone under warranty because my phone was damaged not sure of the lady name that helped me but she needs to learn how to treat customers was told that they couldn't get any of my info without a code but that's a lie my wife ask for help with her phone. And just because she is with metro he turned his nose up at her I will definitely not be going back to this location again the lady that helped us was extremely RUDE AND SNAPPY then had to get help from someone else her sale rep number is 139 thanks for taking time is matter the store is in Fayetteville ga the only good thing that I can say is good products

I went in to get my brand new phone replaced under my warranty, The store manager decided to be technical support today and grabs my phone while I am with another employee, Returns a few mins later and tells me my phone is heat damaged and it's not covered under warranty. Then proceeds to tell me to go 2 doors down to the cell phone shop where they can fix it.... Excuse me, I swear I missed the memo Tmobile...Called 611 and got it replaced in 5 mins...Moral: Do Not Go Here Looking For Help, Call 611 FIRST...

I was helped by a lady named keirra she was very nice and helped me get the best price for what I wanted. I Ended up leaving very happy. The other staff was also friendly there as well. I will definitely refer a friend to go to this location. It was my birthday and they definitely made it better.
