Bought my mattress a few weeks ago, Victor who sold it to me was very knowledgeable about the products, helpful with arranging the delivery. The delivery was very smooth, and they called ahead, and showed up promptly. The men were friendly, and placed the mattress and box spring on the frame, made sure I was happy, signed for it, cleaned up any plastic covering product and after I signed for it left. It's comfortable. I have back and leg issues, so glad to finally sleep.

We bought a mattress almost a year ago. I love the firmness! My husband felt like the mattress was a little too firm. Instead of paying a prorated amount for another mattress, we bought a mattress pad. We placed the mattress pad inside the mattress cover. No issues now. We both sleep on a soft cloud. We would definitely buy from this store again!! The sales staff is awesome and cared for our needs!!

I had a great shopping experience with Keith. He was very knowledgeable and helped me to decide on the right mattress to suit my needs. I never felt pressured to purchase and enjoyed his approach- relaxed and consultative. He was also very knowledgeable about competitors and simply explained to me what sets OMF apart. This new mattress is much more comfortable and supportive than my older mattress from Mattress Firm.
