Useless. They have a big sign in front of the store saying to go there for a passport but they don’t have the applications and tell you to go the probate court. You’d be better off going to the shut down post office in Jonesboro. You’d get a better experience from a completely empty establishment than you would with these people at this post office.

I must give a huge thank you to Mr. Roy Tabor at the Fayetteville Post Office. Mr. Tabor went above and beyond in assisting me retrieve mail from my mailbox which was locked and stuck. His kind demeanor and willingness to help were exactly what we hope for from our friends at the local post office. Thank you, Mr. Tabor, for making Fayetteville proud!

Had to use a kiosk for express service because the main service desk was out of labels. 30 minutes ( due to it being very cumbersome to use for older customers) and $32.00 later, it was a big waste of time. Other customers were in and out.

The most incompetent and dishonest USPS location. Every time we get mail that looks like a check and birthday cards, the envelope is either open, ripped or simply missing.
More than once, the driver has put unable to deliver classified mail because they were too lazy to knock on the door for a signature. This location really needs to be investigated. It’s ridiculous how much they get away with.

Today Sunday,January 5 2025 the lobby was locked again to where I could not check a PO BOX or drop off business mail. The below photo is a screen shot of the PO Box access hours. This is not the first time this has happened on a weekend. There is no sign on the outside door stating the post office box access is closed on the weekends. There is also nothing on the website stating that the PO Box access on weekends has changed. Just let us know so that we don’t waste our time. Time lost is not a renewable resource.

Very rude and unprofessional. I was hung up on after asking questions about a missing package m. This location is ridiculous.

The lobby is locked even though lobby hours say 24/7 on the door. Came by different times to pick up a package as a po box customer and can't access the lobby. Very disappointed.
